Hi Clay,

Can you provide us a bit more info about where you are seeing this 403 error?

Hi Carson,

When I go to websites-log in, that's the response I get. The message below is what it says.

I cracked the code. It was the antispam plugin that thought I was spam because I went from desktop to laptop.

Computers... making me look stupid 90% of the time, 100% of the time.. That, and user error.

Nice... glad you got it figured out. Good job.

Monica

Thanks

A 403 error code says:
The 403 Forbidden error is an HTTP status code which means that accessing the page or resource you were trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason.
A little more information here would help :)

Yeah, I get that... the only other info I have is what I gave to Carson below.

Looks like you're locked out/don't have permission to something. Can you give us a bit more detail?

403 = Forbidden or No Permission to Access.

A 403 Forbidden error means that you do not have permission to view the requested file or resource. While sometimes this is intentional, other times it is due to misconfigured permissions. The top reasons for this error are permissions or .htaccess error.

The site keeps crashing on me... is anyone else experiencing this?

No.

Sometimes it's just a matter of clearing out the cache and cookie data from your browser. Here is an older training on WA about clearing the Chrome browser: . This other link will show you how to flush the DNS on your computer as well: https://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS. Your computer's Domain Name System (DNS) records images from websites that you previously visited, and sometimes it can conflict with new changes to a website, causing it to crash or not be able to process it without clearing the old data.

Great advice! Thanks for that.

Sometimes it happens to me I figure it must be my Computer, is out of date. I had to update all these windows. I figure the computer does not have the right stuff and speed or Memory the most important thing you need, in a computer also you need contention and power

Hmm... it's happening on all of my computers..

Must be a Contention Problem with your computer or who does the internet Contention maybe it's their problem, maybe Modem

Maybe... I'm essentially a techno idiot..

No, you are not you learn as you go. Have you try to restart the computer, or try to see if you have a bug in there I would scan the computer after a reboot. If I think of anything more I let you know

Trying everything! Thanks!

Hi Clay. This is something that has not yet happened to me.I'm sure a much more experienced affiliate will be able to answer your question. I would like to know the outcome of this situation too. It could happen to me too!

Yeah, it's odd. All of a sudden the connection is lost. The internet is still ok, as other pages work fine. Just seems to be wordpress..
