This looks like a slider style social plugin.
You can do a search in Google for "slider social icon plugin for wordpress" or "floating social icon plugin for wordpress" And you will get a bunch of results.
I did a quick search and I found this site.

If you go to this site there is a sliding plugin - wait for it - it will appear to the left. Looks like what you're looking for.

Ok so i'm hunting around for some images from my handy dandy image sources (i have a huge list of free sites I have been accumulating for years) when I stumbled on this

Thanks for the intel. I did go nose'N around in graphic stock & had to back off & close it down. I could spend ALL day in there. Think I'll put me together a shop'N list (ideas & sketches for direction) then go on back in.
It's a keeper.

I haven't been able to copy and past inside here for a few days now have the security settings been changed does anyone know ?
Contact support ....WA support...as they have full access and are your best option for technical issues
Only on my mobile phone, there I can hardly use any functions of the site. Otherwise it is great.
I have had similar problems, normally after leaving the mac running for days on end and having lots of Chrome tabs open. I hate to have to say this about a Mac but maybe a restart is required
You on a Mac using Chrome? I have a lot of problems probably because I tend to have multiple Chrome windows and tabs open at once. Have to shut down occassionally
Just remembered something else. If you look at activity monitor it shows a process for every chrome extension you have installed and activated. If you are like me you have quite a few of them as I tend to read about them, install them, and forget about them! Some are worse than others, for instance, although I love it and will not uninstall it, I have read that AdBlock slows chrome down. So, review your extensions regularly!
