I got A surprise this morning
I woke up today motivated to finish my post and to ask a few questions I was ranked first. 403 then I saw my self move to 405, next I moved to 498 but this morning just after finishing my lessons and moving on to the next level, I just saw my rank instead of moving down as it does with lessons completed, it moved up to 514.
I am wondering What has just happened? If any one has an explanation, I will be happy to hear it, out of curiousness!

As Carson stated, it will take a little time for the system to even out . Just remember your business is the most important factor here. It's the reason you joined. WA ranking is great but doesn't help you reach your financial goals.
There are a lot of us who saw our numbers go nuts. Mine are still changing and probably will until the new algorithms settle in.
It will all be good in the end.

Thank you, I am a little sad though because I used to get motivated by the ranking so will miss that until it settles but I will be fine. Thank you so much for your wonderful encouragement.

I personally don't pay much attention to the rank except to use it as an indication if I'm progressing in terms of developing my self and interacting enough with WA. If it drops I just tell myself that I need to do more.
It bother me that much as I said I was just curious though it does motivate me and I have to find something else to motivate me in the mean time. Thank you for encouraging me. Appreciate it.
No worries, its the new Ranking System trying to adjust itself. Keep working, and drop in to help a little everyday, and your ranking will go up!
I do that almost every day but they are times when I am busy with other things. Thank you for all the encouraging words.

Hello Cinderella, Carson posted an explanation on Sunday/Monday about the changes to the ranking system. He also explained that some people's ranking would be affected. It will take a while for the dust to settle and things becoming normal. Hopefully your ranking will start to move in the positive direction, based on the new criteria.
