We don't have that option any longer, as we phased out our old training modules. But we have something coming to replace it within our new UX (which is being released sometime in April).

When it comes to the AI publishing service here on WA, do they cost extra money when we renew our membership? Like do they add it? It's because it says: Credit costs and then a

If you do not use them, they're expired.
You will always use the free ones if you purchase some.
Ai publishing service? You mean the AI writer? You will have a word balance, that you can use up, and you get some more each month. And you can buy more if you want.
Yes, absolutely. You get 7,000 credits per month (around 7, 1K word articles). Premium Plus+ gets 15,000 words per month.
These reset and refresh every month for you. ;)
Hello depending on your membership you get so many credits per month to use. If you are not sure look on the left hand section of the screen which shows you the AI balance you have! It also shows how many days you have to use it before it renews for you. Hope this helps
It subsctracts words based of how much text you generate. A longer article will consume more.
From my side, I wrote ~12 articles, and I used up a bit more than half of my credits. And some of the articles were pretty long.
Okay, so I assume I used them up. So are they refreshed until our yearly bill comes? It says refreshed in 5 days. Is that refresh new or do I have to buy them?

How can we post documents clients can download?
What tutorials are there? What plugins?
if pdf's you can upload to your media library and collect link to share onward to your client.
You my use the icloud or google drive and make available to your clients, you have share options with the apps.
You can create a PDF document on your laptop and upload it to our Wordpress backoffice Media library just like you load images and attach them in a post just like you do images. A plugin is not necessary.

Since my subscription might end soon, I was wondering if it was possible to move it back to WA after finding a temporary hosting site while saving up.
Make sure you backup your website. The host you move to will help you with the moving of your website.

Yep, you can do that. And when you return you can simple renew you primium membership and then transfer your hosting back to WA
You can always come back and bring your website back with you. But you will have to rejoin as a Premium member.

For any websites hosted here, you need arrange alternative hosting for your website before your subscription ceases as you would be locked out the platform, site support back ups are only available for 60 days.
You can never revert back to being a starter.
I also suggest you backup your sites, you can use the AIO WP Migration or Updraft plugins. UpdraftPlus is a premium and highly recommended
