Facebook Changes - Update From 2 weeks ago
I reported a new feature of facebook a couple of weeks ago.

Almost as soon as I started using it.. I lost the ability to share. This really bothered me, in that I get a lot of traffic for my music industry clients through facebook. For a few days I was having some major issues reaching followers. With a major event going on, this hurt some of my marketing efforts.
Some may recall my questions here at Wealthy Affiliate about this....
I submitted facebook tickets and kept checking help boards.. finally someone posted something that helped me figure out a solution.. It does not solve everything, but at least I got some of my sharing ability back.. It is a slight pain, but I can manage it to get the results I get.
When I want to share something from one page to another page that I manage, I have to use the "Use As" feature for all of facebook which switches me from my personal profile (or one page) to my targeted facebook page.
The top right drop down allows you to do this.. ( reminder, you have to have a page connected to your personal profile to do this) After choosing the use option, you will be taken to your chosen facebook page.
You will have to navigate back to the page that had the thing you wanted to share if you want to add something to the page you have chosen.
Look at this screen grab below. You will notice that one of my pages Webguy Marketing shared the image that was originally posted on beach music websites facebook page.
Why would I want to do this?
It really helps follow stats and reach. It adds connections to sites that may be of interest to the person looking at...

Special Note: Facebook allows you to have multiple pages. I personally have admin access to hundreds of them. I don't work all of them, but have access to them if I need to put something out there or help out on old client.

Thanks for this still getting my head around all this social media stuff working on Pinterest at the moment.
Facebook is to confusing to me, I prefer Google Plus, so much easier.

I understand.. I wish I could drive the social media traffic from google plus that I do from facebook.
This is disappointing. Why do they keep messing with all this stuff? I feel like I finally learn something and begin to utilize it, and then it's swept away. Thank you for clarifying this though, Bo.... I've been having the same problems.
Adapting.. I still can't share anything from facebook to my profile. I can share links .. but not from a page
I am beginning to dislike Facebook. I can never accomplish what I want because of the pages, posting issues.
I have several. I only saw the feature you spoke about once and then I never saw it again. Maybe it was a FB test that they quickly pulled back? I've used the "use as" feature before. It's handy. Thanks for the update, Bo!

As soon as I think I get something, it changes again. FB is a bit too much for me.
