Get Wealthy Affiliate Referrals through Social Media
Here is the detailed training on how to get Wealthy Affiliate (WA) referrals by blogging:

Following the protocol described in the article, I posted WA posts in my tweet account. Since I have no new posts last 6 days, I selected the posts in WA which, I thought, may interest my followers. I posted 3 or 4 posts a day and each post had at least 1 hour apart.

The referral results are shown in the graph below.
Last week, I had total 1409 clicks. Unfortunately, the 1409 clicks resulted in zero sign up. The reason may be that clicks are not targeted to the right audiences. My audiences in my tweet account is related to smoking and quit smoking. They may not interested in signing up for affiliate marketing.

Well these are impressive figures. I have to say I tried it today and while my visits increased to my satisfaction, they did not match yours.
A more targeted audience is possibly required from both of us.

I hope you're reading my past blog posts here in WA. Although it is possible to get WA referrals vial sharing WA blog posts on social media sites, truth is, conversion rate with that strategy is so low.
That is unless, your posts in social media are so detailed like for example a video on Facebook explaining everything they need to know about WA. But with Twitter's limited space for explaining something, and Facebook too where people hate long text posts, I can say "good luck" with that strategy.
Best strategy to get referrals to here? Create a very detailed thick content (2,000 words up) reviewing WA in your niche site hosted in your own domain name. That's the sure way to get HIGH QUALITY referrals to here that convert to premium.
I would say that having a good, detailed review is great, but don't overdo it. If you tell the reader EVERYTHING up front, then they don't have a reason to come here to learn more.
Sure they will come if they are interested in signing up, but I think it's also good to pique their curiosity enough to bring them here, where they can actually see more of the platform before deciding.

Brilliant post, Gomer, a strategy I totally agree with and one I plan to use myself, along with the turnkey marketing system I use, which uses safelists and solo ads, both methods produce referrals and have done for a while (as in years)
For additional search engine rankings I also use rev share traffic exchanges as these work very well.

Thank you very much for giving us your first-hand work experience. I understand you work very hard to test the system of promoting WA. On the other hand, every one spends a lot of time thinking before joining WA. As we all know the success rate is not high.
In your opinion, if we really want promote WA and make a profit from it, we need to build a affiliate market niche site and write 2000 word promoting articles etc?
Believe it or not your post gives me a lot to take in. You can get just as many clicks for something that does sell as something that doesn't. Over the last few days I have posted at least three times a day to my facebook. I only have almost one hundred referrals but on sales on my end either. Of course I just started a new facebook for work and I do not have any connection to online marketing groups yet.
I just see CoachGom's comments. He may be right that short message is not attractive enough to sign up. He suggest to use long review on WA. But My niche is not on affiliate marketing. I am on BootCamp training and very thing is about WA. Looks it is easy to set-up a affiliate site for promoting WA.
Fantastic. Imagine a moment if your twitter account was related to affiliate marketing; you could have earned some referrals. Lesson learned - the social media protocol from the course actually works - but you did not have the right audience. What if instead of WA program, you were tweeting about e-cigarettes, let say as an Amazon affiliate? Do you think you would have made some sales?

As for referrals, it may be like you said, that they aren't really the audience that would be actively pursuing affiliate marketing, but who knows? Any one of those people could decide at some point to give it a try, especially with the money they save from quitting smoking!
