Sure, you can write a few reviews on products relevant to your niche or mention them on other articles. Reviews work really well because most people who search for reviews are willing to buy something. Also, product keywords do not have much competition most of the times.
I hope that helps.
Hey guys, just wondering.
Is 1000 words an iron rule that shouldn't be broken? Is it a mandatory minimum? Or 800-950 would be cool too? I don't want to seem like I'm wr
I have read over a 1000 is good, but now some are aiming towards the 2000 mark, don't know if that is better or that is just what they are writing.

Your posts can be as long as you like. 1000 or more is always beneficial if you can do this

There is no hard and fast rule. Some will tell you there is but there isn't. My rule is I write until I've said what I want to say. So if ends up being 3000 words or more so be it, if it's 900 words so be it, and if it's over a 1000 words which my content typically is so be it.
It is most important that the content that you write is natural and flows. If what you want to say to people is less than 1000 words that is perfectly fine.
People talk about SEO all the time, but it is even more important that you consider the audience that you are writing to.
