Hi, do you know if I can use an amazon affiliate link and an ebay affiliate link on the same page in my website?
I have my eBay partner account suspended and I don't know
I would go read Amazon and Ebays rules they have about being their affiliates. Their rules may tell you how and what they require you to do. Hope this helps some.

I'd like to know what are the advantages of putting a featured image in each post and if it slows down the website.
Thanks in advance for your help
Alex

Hi
Thank you for your answer.
But in the blog roll the feature image has a standard size, can I reduze the image size in the blog roll? How can I do that?
Alex
Hi
In the admi you can change pic just by cliking on it, then you can clik and drag or you can clik a small pencil..
I hope that I understand and that I helped.
Andrej
the graphical image is an easy one to share with a lot of graphical social it helps out with fb picking up an image when sharing.
i see you already have the answer below
us humans are graphical creatures - even writing is just graphics - so make it easy to see what your post is about - add a feature image
phil
Hi Phil,
Thank you for your answer. You're right, it will be much more attractive when sharing.
Thanks
Alex
They basically put more life into your home page blog roll, making it more visually appealing to your visitors.
As for speed, the featured images hardly slow down your site.
Neil
Hi Neil,
Can I control the size of the featured image in the blog roll? Because they get too big. Are they supposed to be so big in the blog roll?
Thanks
I've never been able to control the sizes. I think you can crop the images but they still remain the same size lol.
The sizing of your images depends on your blog's template theme. If you don't want your images too big, you could try installing another theme with smaller featured images.
You're welcome!
yes, it's no use cropping the image because it always takes the same size.
Ok, it's all about the theme.
Thanks
Alex
Ask yourself this question: Can you picture a website in your niche with no pictures at all?
The images give an idea of what the content of your post will be about.
Yes it will slow down your website loading speed but not by much. Image are a must in our industry.

Your traffic comes from your looks. Have you seen you?? Lol, hey Alex. I hope you are doing awesome!!
Hi Chris,
How are you?
I'm trying to do my best with everything I learned from you :). It takes time... but I'm persistent and I'll get there!
Instead of writing, maybe I just put a picture of me on the landing page, what do you think? Lol Lol
Alex
I see. Yea me too. In have a bunch too by now. All free. I ignore them at this point...lol
If you really want new traffic you need to write a new post at least once a week. Regular posting of new content will also improve your rankings on the search engines. Having written a blog for the past 13 months I can speak from experience and from my mistakes.
Hi Walkes,
Thank you so much for your comment.
You're right regular posting, will improve my ranking in SEO.
But I think my traffic doesn't come from SEO, I think it comes from social network. Is that a bad thing?
Thanks
Alex
That is not a bad thing, traffic from any source can be good, but it does help to get traffic from multiple sources. Social media is great to get traffic from, but you don't want to forsake the search engines either.
Not a bad thing at all and social networking does drive traffic but not always traffic that converts to sales.
Hi Walkes,
I think I have that problem right now. Traffic from social network doesn't convert so well to sales.
Thanks
Alex
Hey Alex, that's great that you're getting referrals - well done.
Do you know if the traffic is just coming from social networks or have some of your keywords hit the first page in Google...
Since you have engagement already, Google will see that as trust, the beauty about creating more posts is that you can start to chase more keywords that you might not have already on your site.
Google likes to see fresh content as well.
All the best with everything,
Cheers,
Jacqueline
Hi Jacqueline,
I think my traffic comes from social networks.. do you think this is bad? Was it better if traffic would come from SEO?
Thanks
Alex
It is my belief, and this is from my limited perspective of myself, it would seem that a periodic post relevant to what you are doing with your site or with your traffic, would engender in those who visit your site a sense of continuity and vitality confirming the strength of your site...but, ultimately, it is your decision to make...all the best...Arthur
Hi Dr. Ogden,
I understand that it is important to continue to update my website, and to post regularly. I'm not writing not because I don't want to, but because at the moment I'm in a difficult phase. I have had some changes in my life and it is difficult to have time to write, right now.
But I do want to post, not so regularly, but whenever I can.
Thank you for you answer.
Alex
Whatever your difficulties are at the moment, I am certain you will emerge stronger and wiser...when you have the time and the inclination, you'll get back to it...prayers and best wishes for you...
