For this question to get through to Kyle, you would need to click on Billing & Membership, so that you would get a blank textbox that will be titled "Contact Kyle or Carson", then your message would go to Kyle's inbox and not published on the forum.

Wordperfect has codes in it that WA doesn't like, how or what do i transfer it to a format that WA likes?
I agree I used to also use Word Perfect and relly liked it. haven't tried using it in a long while so I really can't comment effectively. However, great question and hope to see some good replies.

Really too bad about the history of Word Perfect...those of us old enough to remember WP remember how user-friendly it was...then someone bought out Corell, Word got the government contracts and the rest is, as we say , is history....BUT FOR THE RECORD WORD PERFECT IS A FAR BETTER PRODUCT!!!...PERIOD!!!
It used to be dependent on what text editor that is in use in Wordpress. I find that there is still problems with formatting of paragraphs and line break.
I write in word but always transfer it to WP via Notepad.
Ctrl A and ctrl C from Word.
Open notepad and then hold ctrl down and press VAX.
Then paste into Wordpress.
Now notepad has removed all formatting
I have had NO problems with either Microsoft Word or Openoffice.org's Open Document text (a free download complete with spreadsheet program as well...)
I don;t like text, such as word pad or similar is because I like to install my images and make adjustments to the size and color of copy, which you can not do in text.

I know copy and past from Microsoft Words is accepted by Wordpress. As a safety measure though I usually save my Microsoft Word documents as .TXT. i.e. text documents. If Wordperfect has an an option to save as text that may be one way round it. Secondly you can copy and past the WordPerfcet document into a Notepad of some kind that will remove the codes and leave you with text only. You could also switch into using a text only editor. Most computers have one.
