Strange Comments?!

Hey folks,

I have been submitting some of my articles to G+ communities the last few weeks and have had lots of traffic and lots of comments.

The problem is many of the comments are completely irrelevant to the article topic while others are in a foreign language and some are from discussions between and among people about the strangest things.

Still there are some that are actually on topic and relevant.

Are any of you having this issue?

Hi dear. Here specially for you and for all my other loved ones, a dose of ENCOURAGEMENT. Awaiting your feedback about its taste, that I hope you will love.
I Wish you Great Success here at WA
Best Regards

I sort manually, because some of them are about my topic, but they were in spam category. Some of them are in different language, no relevancy at all.

I ask why they are sending a link, and if I do not get a decent debate started so I delete's comment manually

it takes all sorts cheers Helen

nothing of that sort yet.

It happens. We should remain careful and remove useless comments.

Some people just can't stop spamming. I think think that's a fact of life. Spammers are in the real world just as they are in digital world

Strange thankfully I haven't had that yet.

Yes, same thing. Having to go through and filter the crap. Usually can identify them as they are from the same IP address.

Can you filter by IP address with the spam guard products or do you just manually look through them?

I just manually find them. Some make for interesting reading. :-)
