A little wisdom to live by!
I just found this list of guideline statements I had written down years ago and they have served me well so I thought I'd share.
Short and to the point!
1) Take responsibility for your experience!
2) Don't allow your pre-set expectations determine your attitude!
3) Protect your dreams by finding support!
4) Stay organized!
5) Don't Complain, Compare, and Criticize!(my personal favorite)
6) Identify and overcome your fears!
7) Be aware of your intentions!

despite previous experiences I am taking responsibility and getting my thoughts organised to overcome my fear of simply stating that
