you know your market best- the posts are very clear and well written and the site looks very neat and clean...
Not sure if your readers will already know about what you are writing but I would like a heads up on the BENEFITS or "why bother" aspects.in other words not "what is" but more along the lines of "leverage your way to $1,000,000 portfolio in less than 24 months using real estate" if you see what I mean...

I appreciate your take and I totally understand.
I've been struggling with headlines like that because in the real estate investing world much like the online marketing world there are LOTS of scams out there just looking for a credit card number based on hype.
So I lean more to the passive/conservative side I guess. I will most assuredly try to "spice" it up a bit to drum up more interest!

Joe, I liked this exchange, and bear with me for a 'tick...it is always a risk giving open forum comments on sites balancing the good and the stuff that does not quite sit (only from the reader's perspective- it is all a matter of opinion) and I had a hunch that you would have considered this angle, as your site is well thought through.
So- thank you for reacting and conversing as you have.
I have seen other examples of people either giving or taking offence when it was not necessary and the whole vibe seemed to generate a lot of column inches- bad news V good news, and all that..
