A New Path for 2019
Hi to all you WA Biz builders from Wanganui New Zealand- Yes the image above is where I live and it's such a wonderful place to be. The climate, the people and of course the river leading to the sea.
Having read Eddy with a y's bloghttps://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/eddysalomon/blog/how-wa-can-... and Debs66's blog https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/debs66/blog/branching-out-al... I have decided to take a leap of faith and prepare myself to enter our local market early 2019 to drum up business in the local market.
Today I bought a new domain which I am so thrilled was available and for the next few weeks I am going to research newspapers, boards in malls, the local mid-week paper and everything else I can think of to get information on local business owners and also people who are just starting out in business as I can see a good market for my services if I do this right.
I still need to learn lots but I am determined to give it my best shot and hopefully it will fruit for me and who knows it may extend into other towns and cities as I grow.
Small steps
A Business FB page, Of course Linkedin as a business intro post offering the service that will be available and other media channels I want to pursue.
I have created the logo and also the tag line and so now it's mission statement and other important and necessary documents and then a landing page along with some interesting content on the services
Debs has been wonderful and she has helped me so much on this - Thank you my friend, you truly are awesome and I value learning from you so much :)
2019 and the market
As we look at the trends, we see more and more businesses turning to online marketing to keep up with what's going on in the world, however many of these places are so busy they need someone to help out and with the Internet growing as it is, this type of marketing is growing exponentially and well worth trialing within the local market.
I am nervous about my new adventure but I also love challenges and learning so it's head down to learn as much as I can as I move into yet another phase of Online Marketing and growth.
If anyone has some advice for me, I would really appreciate anything you have as I am new to this and need all the help that is offered

I like this idea of penetrating the local market as a means of acheiving success; actually I've been reading about this on Deb's blog as well and now it's interesting to see you are taking this kind of path.
Since this is a local effort , maybe it's okay for me to ask (if not, please forgive my forwardness :), are you pursuing this market as a WA affiliate to drum up new members for this site -- or, is it some other kind of product/service you can share some info about?

I'm thinking, Yes definitely people who need websites or better websites :)
I'm still busy working out ideas that come and writing things down re-marketing, etc but really when I wrote this blog today, it was to keep myself accountable as now I have committed 100% to venture

Big bold goals are the way to push you forward. My goal is to create a six figure income. I've read about people who are determined and persist until they reach they goal and that's my plan.

Love your post of positive affirmation of your putting your dream into practice. New adventures stir the emotions that makes us motivated so we can stretch ourselves and grow. Also love the picture it reminds me of the area I grew up in S California Newport Beach area many years ago.
