6 months at WA Today - Time for a Cool Change

Happy Friday morning from New Zealand and I hope all WA Members are learning, building, planning, celebrating, achieving and most of all growing. 😃🌏

My 6 month badge isn't shwoing as yet due to the time zone however today is my 6 month anniversary- Wow how the time has flown.

a friend of mine was looking at joining an Online business and I offered to do some research for her which I did and very quickly knew, the opportunity she was looking at was not a good idea, however I kept searching to see if there was a review on this company and I came across a Wealthy Affiliate review and decided to have a read. Kevin had written an honest, open and informative post and I got this really good feeling so decided to join for free.

I had a look around for about an hour, pushing buttons and checking everything possible within this platform and the more I looked the more excited I became.

I rang my friend, Linda and explained about the research I'd done and how the biz she was looking at was not a good idea and then sent her my Affiliate link for WA and suggested she come and take a look at this really great platform, as I had done and she did.

Linda felt the same as me and we both became Premium members.

Addicted

From the moment I joined, I haven't missed a day here in WA. Because of my personality and my love of people, I very soon became involved in the community, helping out, encouraging and supporting people and of course welcoming new members to WA.

I started writing blogs here in WA and have now written 64, most of them I hope have been inspiring and empowering to the people who have stopped in to have a read. The feedback from you, has been incredible, thank you.

I have also written a few tutorials and a couple of video training which was a really good challenge for me and also a proud achievement.

I became addicted to WA and everything here in the community. Every day, I did the training, and the tasks and moved through to complete the OEC which was incredible as I knew nothing when I arrived here. Amazing!!!

I became an Ambassador 81 days ago because of the time I spend in this awesome community and have had some really wonderful moments as well as some not so great moments- All part of a huge community and the learning that goes with it.

Yes, I have made mistakes and been corrected- Thank you- We have to make mistakes as this is how we grow.

I gave my 1st Niche Website to Marley as she is passionate about Dogs and I had lost interest in growing it and knew she would do it Justice- It was already ranking on Google and had around 39 posts and 4 pages if I remember correctly- Susan is growing it which is wonderful.

I currently have 2 websites, both ranking on Google, Bing and Yahoo with a few posts on the 1st page of all 3 and 3 and 4 as well :)

I've made a few dollars and a surprise this morning- I made 50 cents with share a sale and only added the link yesterday - lol - It's a start

Content written - around 150 posts and 12 pages so far with an avg of 1000 words and I love Jaaxy big time. 😃😁

The Trainings, The video's, the Tutorials and the business blogs in WA are amazing as well and I learn something new every day.

Time for a Cool Change

My Goals are set for 2019 and having watched Kyles' 7 Secrets today, it confirmed for me 100% that in order for me to achieve these Goals.

I need to spend more time on my businesses.

I am 60, I live alone which I love and I am going to create money and freedom online. I plan to travel to the USA and Alaska within the next 3 years to meet some great friends I have made here in WA and this won't happen if I don't pick up the pace and I want this so things have to change for me.

I am honoured to have made it to no.4 here in WA as an Ambassador and I want to thank all the people within this wonderful platform for your support, kindness and amazing lessons.

A small part of my day will be to spend time in here and I will still write a weekly blog, however all my other time will be spent building my future online as this is why I joined WA and I am determined to make 2019 the best working year and that means hard work and lots of it.

I have noticed there are more and more truly great people coming through the ranks- Professional, Incredibly Knowledgeable, Amazing Online Entrepreneurs and I am excited to see them here in Wealthy Affiliate.

Thank you to all those members who have truly supported and encouraged me for the past 6 months. Thank you to all those I have learned from and continue to learn from daily :) I would love to be that knowledgeable and one day, who knows, I just might be - I'll be 110 by then but there is still hope.
