I've been using a page builder for my website... but I wonder sometimes if it's too much? Maybe something simpler would be better. It would be a lot of work to redesign my webs
Yes, you can make a pretty website without a page builder. If you pick a premium theme with a lot of customizations then you can adjust it as you want to.
Also with Paige Builders note that when you uninstall it that you can potentially lose a lot of your work. So unless you plan on being married to the page builder forever, which is totally up to you, be careful with using them.
Hope this helps,
Marlinda
Hey Marlinda, thank you so much for your advice.
I don't want to be tied to the page builder... and that is what I am afraid has happened. Because I worry about what I will lose if I delete the plugin. But maybe I just need to bite the bullet and do it now before I build out the site too much more.
What do mean by Premium themes? I can't say I noticed a tab for that while I chose my theme in the beginning. But I'll look into it again.
Thank you so much for your help! :)

I like your sites, Haley, but I don't think a page builder is needed to offer a striking and powerful site. Mine is straight out of the box with a free WA premium theme. I did add custom menus and header image, but nothing difficult or expensive. Here is the result:

I think it makes an impression, and it didn't require plugin help.
Awesome! Thank you for the example! I really like the simplicity of your website.... I'm thinking that is much better than having too much going on. Thanks for the feedback and the tips! :)

Sorry - I'm just new to Google+, and I've been reading many of the tutorials within WA. However, although I don't have any followers yet... I thought I would at least start sha
Thank you for responding :) I am just linking to a page on my website, it's my WA review... so there is an affiliate link within the page, but I've used the pretty link to make it appear differently, and I've also only linked to the review page, not the affiliate link specifically... :/ So, I'm not sure what the problem is?
I've also tried to post a page that has no affiliate links on it... but I still have the same problem. They just don't show up on my profile.
Do I have to share them specifically with a group of people? I think right now I'm trying to share it publicly... but I don't have any followers, so maybe it's doing nothing?

Hello :)
I'm just curious... I've followed the training's to a T. I've written in a conversational way, while subtly making use of keywords with low competition, mos
Low competition under 100? This is too competitive. This is the reason. Do not forget that real competition is USR, so this 100 can easily be 300 or 400. You will never rank with this. See more here How to choose SEO keywords
Hi Hayley
Can you give me an idea of what keywords you are targeting, your site looks very nice btw.
Thank you for your feedback!! To be honest, I can't remember each specific keyword I've used, as I search them before I write my article .... but what I have been doing now to check rankings, is simply taking random sentences from my posts, to see if even they rank (because surely no one has the exact sentence as me) - and still with something so specific; like a sentence - I don't rank at all in Google :( ?
Write more content. Sorry, but 1 or 2 blogs per week will not do any good. It is a reality. I understand it just now:) Competition must be no more as 30. All the best:)
You are welcome. Read Jvranjes blogs. He describes his journey in an honest way. WA works but it takes time and persistence
It's difficult to answer without seeing your site. There's a lot of variables, firstly what niche are you in, is it highly competitive, also how much content do you have and are you publishing on a regular basis? Do you have plenty of engagement, ie. are you using site comments, etc. etc.
I am promoting Wealthy Affiliate through a website that helps people overcome the "lost feeling" of not knowing what to do with their lives. So it's a lot of motivational posts, and about building websites. I probably post 1 - 2 times a week, and I also make efforts through the site comments platform to get regular comments on my posts. ?
Thanks for the reply, by the way :)
I'm afraid that Bootcamp or MMO is incredibly competitive, far more so than most own niches, and therefore you will have to be in it for the long haul.

I've tried contacting Jaaxy directly... no response. I've tried numerous times to contact Kyle directly, but I often don't get responses, as it appears he's either got too many
Once you have a free account at jaaxy.com
You are an affiliate for the program. All you need to do is log in and click the tab at the top that says "Affiliate Program"
Once you click the tab that says "Affiliate Program" you will see three tabs "Program Details" "My Stats" and Links & Tracking"
Below these tabs, you will see your affiliate link.
Hope this helps
Hey! Thank you for responding... I'm sorry, I guess my image didn't attach in the previous message. But this error is below my links tab... There is no link available, and it tells me to contact Jaaxy admin.

I was writing a page about building websites through website builders vs. hiring a web designer, and I inserted my affiliate link through my Wealthy Affiliate suggestion, and i
Double check your link. If there's an error it shows up like that. Always use copy and paste and always check your links by clicking on them. Add Links in WordPress: Text and Images
Thanks Marion! I did double check the link after I copied an pasted it. After I saved the page, I opened it in a new window, and it still connected to the WA Sign-Up Page... so everything works :) But that red dotted line still remains. It's only that specific link, and it doesn't matter which part of the text I link with it. But I was thinking perhaps I overused the link? Maybe it's a warning?
Hum that pretty strange, I hope you find the answer, I like to know myself in case it happens to me
I'm wondering if it's because I've overused my affiliate link? I have used it on many of my other pages? I tried changing the link to my 'review of wealthy affiliate page' that I create way back... just a basic page (not an affiliate link) and the red dots disappeared?
