Street Articles for the new people who have not reached the SA assignment.

Because we are requested to write for Street Articles in some of the lessons, I have been getting a lot of questions about this practice. Kyle has told me personally to concentrate on my website and skip the Street Articles, but I was also being told by other members that they were receiving email from Kyle and Carson encouraging this practice. Below is the official notice I received from Carson just today.
Hey Terea,
Article Directories are not something that offer much benefit at all anymore, other than to help Google find your website when it's brand new. That said, the second you share your website at Wealthy Affiliate, Google knows about it within seconds.
Although we own StreetArticlces.com, it's of little value to people to post their content on. We suggest posting all content on your website, not on any directory.

Article directories in general are being phased out and they are not as beneficial as they once were.
For anyone going through training that has not been updated yet (we're working on it), simply publish the content on your website rather than on StreetArticles.com or another directory.
We've been working on a ton of brand new training, new video's, and we've got some awesome stuff coming soon.

Thanks for this info. I posted 2 articles there when I went through the class. It was a real hassle trying to add images, so I posted both articles without images. I did get page 1 Google rankings with those articles, anyway. I have also been receiving reminder emails from Kyle and Carson, as recent as last week. I guess I will have to stop posting if it's not really functional any more. The emails need to be stopped, though.
I agree. I do not understand why they are still going out. I never posted to SA. Maybe that is why I am not getting the emails.
Now it is best to post to your website and go through GPlus and refer readers to your webpage.

I got another question about it today, so I guess the new people are arriving at that point again. Trying to deal with SA is no fun since they quit using it, and has caused upload problems with pictures.
