OEC isn't tracking my progress. I have to start two levels back and click forward. Also I can't access level 5.
Hi there,
you should be able to go to your left sidebar and hover the mouse cursor over Certification Courses and click on Course 5.

Thanks Nicole. I was able to figure it out. Normally there is a continuation from previous level to click. My progress stopped recording at lesson 2 level nine, not sure why that is. Thanks again for taking the time to help.
You're welcome and good to hear you got it sorted now.
I think it's normal that it stops at the end of each course and lesson 10 to advance to the new course. However, it shouldn't stop at lesson 9, so I'm not really sure either why this happened.
