Have you found and registered a dot com domain name? The credits appear as a payment option when you check out and pay.
The credits should be there. You need to contact Site Support. Click on Help in the top WA menu and then Site Support.
Hi Phil, when I create this post, I was selecting the site support, but when I chose "this question not related to my website" , my question was posting here. Because when I chose "yes", I have to chose the draft website but my question is actually not relating to my draft website. Or shall I just simply chose the irrelevant topic and write my question in the msg box? Pls assist as this is my first time to raise the ticket :(

Yes, you have to select Yes it's related to my website (even if it's not) to get the question directed to Site Support. They'll still address the question asked.
Support team get back me and my problem solved. Thank you Phil and Mikael for your help😊finally I got my first domain 😄
