2. Don't Do Anything
That's right, I didn't make a mistake here!
What I am saying is that when you feel like you lost motivation to do work, just relax and don't do anything for 10 minutes.
Don't look at the screen of your laptop or your TV.
Don't even look at the window and don't talk with anyone for 10 minutes.
Just go to a spot where no one will disturb you, close your eyes and focus on your breath.
You will be surprised how quickly your body will want to do some work ;)
