5. Break Down Your Big Task into Bite-Sized Pieces



Have you wondered why you don't seem to have energy for the work you need to do?

Isn't it that your task is so big that you don't know how to start and so it puts you off?

For this reason, it's extremely important that you break down your big task into small segments.

Start with the smallest and the easier and then slowly, but surely, you will come to the last segment of your task - which usually is the hardest part of your task.

I suggest creating a simple plan where you will write down all the things you need to do in order to reach the "finish line".

Try this technique and you won't even notice how you will finish your task even earlier than you planned.
