This is one that has legs, but perhaps is a niche that has limited upside when it comes to time and money versus payback for you, Nonetheless, it still is a huge market and one that bears looking into...

If you have skills in this niche, there are plenty of clients that will be interested in what you have to offer. I can vouch for the efficacy of the niche as I have made money from it.

Mobile apps is a niche where you can sell apps you design and also one that you can generate money from embedding ads, etc. into the app...
