No Reason to Quit Wealthy Affiliate

If we created a poll and asked everyone what would be their reason to leave WA, I would be willing to bet that most Friends here would say because of the monthly and/or yearly cost.

What say You, am I right?

I find that to be very concerning.

Do You know why?

The reason that I find that very concerning is that it doesn't take much to cover the cost of membership here at WA.

Just think, 3 personally referred Friends who become Premium Members and your cost is covered + a little extra.

That's the reason that I recommend to all Friends that they share WA and do the BootCamp Training!

Imagine how much more relaxed that you'll be when you have Paypal deposits on the 1st of every month that more than cover your membership costs.

You'll be so much more relaxed and able to then concentrate on your Niche website sharing what You love without the worry of monetizing it.

When you are able to relax and not worry, your Niche website will become such a pleasure to share and be so much more natural and wonderful for your viewers.

When your Niche website is more natural and wonderful for your viewers, they'll keep coming back and even tell others about your website. Soon, that website will be monetizing itself as well.

What do You think?

Would Paypal Commissions coming from WA that more than cover your monthly costs help you to relax and maybe entice you to stay a member forever?

I do think the monthly/yearly cost is an issue. I also think if they do sign up for the free account and check it out they have a lot of stuff coming at them all at once. they get "information overload" get frustrated and quit.

I am beginning to wonder when they click the sign up button on the default sales page it goes to a grid laying out what you get as a starter member and a premium. They see the price and then they click off.

If only they kept an open mind and give wealthy affiliate a chance they would see the potential in starting their own online business.

I think a lot of people are just looking at the dream. When they realize they have to work at it and spend money to make money the dream deflates. I have been in programs that I made a lot of money and others that produced nothing. I guess we just have to find the one that fits.

Excellent points...it has a great deal to do with managing our own expectations (and having realistic expectations to begin with).
My biggest challenge is carving out the time for writing content and getting training since I work full-time.
I'm working on "eating the elephant with small bites" in order to move forward and build a business.

Nice post, Tony!

I would not quit WA willingly, the value we receive from this great platform and community exceeds the cost multiple times! And compared to other online training programs, WA is the place to be if you consider that you get an excellent training and hosting for a very affordable price. Plus the fact that they haven't changed their prices or added any upsells during the 12 years they have been in business :)

That said, I understand that for some people the Premium membership isn't affordable, even at such a low price.

So yes, it's awesome to have the ability to cover your membership costs for the whole year just by 2-3 referrals! I haven't reached that point yet, but I am trusting the Bootcamp training and lessons and I'm confident that I'll more than cover my membership costs in the next year - as long as I stick with it and not give up!

Excellent point! Never thought of it like that.

I do also think that new people are inadvertently encouraged to have unrealistic expectations (i.e. saying how much they want to earn when they join as though that is the point rather than learning being the main focus...) and for some people their false expectations of making a fortune will lead to disappointment and disillusionment in the early stages.

If people realised that this is a learning process rather than an instant result, then they would realise that the fee is actually really cheap. I plan on having several websites (lots more learning to do along the way) so WA really does come out tops both in quality and also in value for money. Just my two cents! :)

Great post Tony! Way to give us perspective! As a newbie I certainly aspire to get there and would love some tips on how to share once I’m ready. Being able to sell someone on anything has never been my strong suit, however I’m sure with more time and experience here at WA I will be able to formulate the words to express just how wonderful this opportunity is.

Interesting post, buddy! But how do you know that answer? lol. Luckily, that is not my own answer or reason to leave WA, lol.

I did once but for only one reason, the writing ban imposed against me for my own blunder that forced me to quit completely that only then enable me to contact the co-owners or support admin. :)

But the rest is history now and I am on my second term at WA right now. Thanks for your good post buddy.

Yayyy...I did just that Tony!! I have 3 & about to get another one.

Would love to see 100 coming in per month..but we'll get there!

Wowza!! How many do you get per month Tony?

I agree...it does take the pressure off...and it's wonderful to be able to help friends get there along the way too!

~Evon :)

Remember, we are living in a "Quick fix" era. Some people have more than enough money to pay the monthly or yearly fees.... but if they don't see huge results within 3 or 6 months.... they'll say it don't work, they'll quit, move on and keep on searching for a "quick fix" else where.

Unfortunately there's thousands of "Quick fix" offers out there who's waiting to take their money and damage this wonderfull industry of ours.

HANG IN HERE, THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!
Good post!

Regards
Piet

Well, I already plan on staying a member forever, but I would certainly welcome some referrals to cover my membership fees. Lol

When I read your title, I thought it would have been perfect to leave the body of the post blank along the lines of:

Reasons to Quit WA:

...
There are none.

Nice Craig :)

Thank you for that idea my Friend, I plan to stay forever to as long as they'll have me.

Tony

Thats the only reason why i would but even then I just couldnt imagine leaving.

I think It's much easier said then done, they say the conversion is 1 in 12 yet out of the last 100 or so referrals not one as gone premum, alot have set up there account and shown interest in WA but that's it.

Thanks for sharing this Tony, I hope one month comes soon where I dont have to worry about paying the monthly fee

Wow Josh, 100 is a lot my Friend!

Keep sharing & caring Josh, You'll see your conversion rate improve my Friend.

Just think, many have more than 1 in 12 go Premium.

That's just the average for all of WA members who sign up and many sign up without having a clue what they're signing up for.

You are welcome Josh and thank you,

Tony
