I have a few sales but they say that they are unpaid when I check my stats. When do I get paid for these sales I have? I have paypal linked with wa.

What's the minimum I set it to be paid at $10 as for my referral credits I have 102 but I have 3 sales of $24
I don't refer but payment is on the 1st of the month and I believe a clear 30 days has to have elapsed before you will receive that month's earnings.

I need to upload some HTML pages does this have hosting that is Cpanel enabled and how would I do that?
At this point, no cPanel access, custom databases or cron jobs. The hosting is geared to make it super easy to do WordPress. But you can do static HTML after you get the ftp password from Support.
SiteRubix is geared towards WordPress. To upload your webpages you would need to create a site, this will create the ftp credentials. You would then have to get your ftp credentials from your website's "details" page. You would have to do this on a premium domain as free siterubix sites don't allow you to have ftp access. Once you had FTP access you could delete all of the WordPress files.

I don't know if ftp will work even though it says your can because I am using filezilla to upload pages to a server and am having a difficult time with this the logging in part anyway because it asked for a domain username and password to be able to login to the server

I don't believe you have access to the Cpanel at WA, if so, I would like to know that too. However, you can use FTP

Hey there!
You will probably have to do an FTP transfer of the HTML pages. You can find your FTP information in your domain info under siteManager > Details.
