I think that you can make a multiple page site about your skills and abilities. For example, one page could have your education and experience and your posts could be something like a portfolio, like you could have pictures of houses that you sold, to showcase your administrative skills, you could show things like organization and formatting and things like that. I don't know how you would add affiliate marketing in there though. Maybe you could do reviews on different administrative products/ programs that you have used.

This sounds like two different sites to me. One about your real estate business and the other about your administrative skills.

Keep in mind that you will want to be able to create content on these sites in order to get traffic, a/k/a customers. If you don't attract traffic your site will really serve no benefit to your business.

For the real estate site you could create content about tips for buying and selling a house, Information about the current market in your area, how to find a good home inspector....things like that.

For the administrative skills site I am assuming that you would be offering your administrative services for hire. If that is the case you would want to create content that goes along with whatever those services might be.
