I'm feeling the same, but I got frustrated, and took an extended break. I love the idea of taking notes, of course that means starting over, but for myself, I might do that. My retention isn't so great these days, getting old, I guess, but you can probably do like Shmizer said, and skim through and most of it will come back to you. Good luck.

Between work and family, it's hard sometimes to commit as much energy as we would like to WA.

Well, I would recommend at least watching the videos of each lesson, or skimming through them. Some parts you'll remember, some will be much needed reminders.

I personally take notes on each lesson, so I can always go back and refer to those if need be.

But chances are, if you learned it already and retained it at some level, just a little skim through should be enough to get you up to speed.
