My intent with this blog is too lay out my starting situation today with my website and my efforts to promote WA. This is like my before picture as if I was trying to lose weight.

Background: I've been with WA for almost 6 years. When I started I completed the bootcamp training and built a website to promote WA. That website currently has 23 pages and 111 post with 53 of the post being reviews. The vast majority of those pages and post were written 5 years ago. I have now created a tracking sheet for my reviews and today I published my 54th review (112th post).

I added a picture of the Google console showing the traffic from the last year. Over 4,000 vistors in the last year. Not bad consider I done very little with this website over the last 5 years. My goal is to post a new review at least weekly between not and the end of 2019. I need to work on getting faster with writing the reviews. The review that I posted today took over a week to research and write. To achieve my overall goal I'm going to need to get 4 to 5 reviews done in a week during 2020.

My long term goal is to earn $10K/month by the time I'm eligible to retire in 2024. A shorter term goal is to become a super affiliate in 2020 so I'm invited to the Las Vegas conference in 2021. From other blogs and training that I've read on WA, I'm going to need 400+ reviews on my website in order to achieve super affiliate.

WIth my current pace of 1 review per week and increasing to 5 per week next year, I'm going to fall short of the goal of 400 before the end of 2020. So, my plan is to incorporate PPC into my plans as I move into 2020. Hopefully, I can get additional sales to achieve super affiliate prior to the end of 2020.

Goal 400 reviews - 54 completed, 346 to go

In the coming months, I'll provide additional progress reports so everyone can see how things are going and see what it takes to become a super affiliate.

Update:

I've decided to add another picture. To get to Las Vegas and reach the Super Affiliate status, it's more than just traffic. The picture from Google Console is about website traffic and the 400 review ads are about generating traffic. Of course traffic is needed first because nothing else matters if you don't have the traffic. But once the traffic is coming to my WA affiliate links then conversions matter. So the following picture is my current conversions and sales within WA for the last year.

The above picture is not bad for a website that has been negelcted for the last 5 years. My focus right now is to get more traffic going but I know I'm going to need to work on the conversions as well at some point.

Inspiring and motivating
Thank you

It's be even more motivation when I put up progress reports that shows the improvement.

Yes! Very good tip.
It shows progress and ways to improve

Put together a "website template" to work from, it saves time and you know exactly what to look for when you review a program/service.

I've seen a training from Kyle that talked about the template. So I have the template. Now it's about putting in the repetitions so I get faster and better at writing.

Steve, glad you're back pounding the keyboard and sharing your successes. Great goals, great moves. Keep it up and keep posting.
Joe

Gotta stay motivated and put in the work

Sweet! I like your idea to document progress with photos!
Best of luck going forward

I going to provide what I can to show actual progress. Hopefully, it'll help other to get motivated and do the same.

Great plan! I look forward to hearing about your progress.

Thanks

Steve, Sounds like a good plan.

Jim

Thanks

Great post, really like how you have made it clear about where you want to be and timelines to achieve it.

Keep us all updated on your progress as I know I would be very interested in seeing how you get on.

I've set some big goals with specific smaller goals to get there. Now action is required. Yes, I'll definitely post progress reports as I go.

Its definitely good to have a goal--I wish you success in that endeavor!

jeff

The goal is set high so even if I come up a little short I'll still be happy with the results.

That's what I figured--its a good way to challenge yourself. I have similar goals when I'm writing my books and they work quite well, so your goals will most likely work the same way or better for you!

Jeff

Best of luck writing reviews....sounds a huge amount of work is ahead of you to become a super affiliate

It's a huge amount of work. But the reviews will drive traffic for many years as seen by the 50+ reviews that were written 5 years ago. Plus success requires huge amount of work.

Three hundred plus post that's a lot within a year good luck with that goal

With a full-time job, it's unrealistic to achieve in one year. But as Grant Cardone says, 10x your goals so when you come up a little short your still happy with the results. Yes, these seems very high for 1 year. If I can get 100 to 200 reviews done in the next year, I'll be very happy.
