I have an account through CJ.com, and I have been using their widgets to put products on my website easier than doing it one by one, which I have had to end up doing anyway.

Hope you got it sorted. I would have advised asking site support too. They have solved any problems I’ve had

They are very helpful. They recommend I try changing my theme, so that is the next step to solving this issue.

Peace

I would go to SiteSupport, also take a screen shot of what you see. It might be your browser or you might have an ad blocker installed causing you not to see your widgets.

Okay, thank you!

Peace

You're welcome!

This could be a theme issue that you're experiencing.
I would try copying the code and sign into your dashboard.

Click on appearance, than click on widgets and select where you want the widget to appear. Usually a sidebar is what I go after, once selected insert the widget code into the widget selected and click save.

Than go check the site itself, I would use a different browser to check the site if you can. I like to use Microsoft Edge to work on my sites and I use Chrome to check on them, that way I am not signed into my site on Chrome only on Edge.

Not sure if this will work, but it may help you.

Thank you for your quick response. I have also tried that, creating a widget through the WA dashboard and it will not save. I have left it loading for hours and it will just not save to my website. Do you think I will have to change my theme?
I have also contacted support to figure out a solution.

Peace

The widget could be a size parameter issue as well. Side widgets will not allow a large widget due to size restrictions.

If you are trying to insert the widget into the main content and it is a JavaScript code than you need to have the page your editing in text mode (not visual) and you should click on CODE in the bar once in text mode before inserting the code.

Site support can definitely help you with this issue, but it's always better if you can find the solution yourself. That way you gain the experience and you know how to do this in the future.

When you go through the widgets area through appearance the save button is on each individual widget box and not at the bottom of the page like many other save features.

Hopefully either you will find the solution or site support will help you get the widgets saved and working for you.

I think it is time to ask SiteSupport. They are miracle workers.

Yes, I have done that. Waiting on a response, just thought somebody else may have dealt with this before. Thank you for your response.

Peace
