Haha..the answer is "everywhere"! I'd create an easy to ready bit.ly or t.co url and put it on a t-shirt, business cards, but make it something people want to have with fancy graphics but still keep them guessing...what the heck is that? Then they would want to know and you direct them to WA.
But on other websites, I would find a way to do cool 3d text or make it eye catching somehow.
Just go to bit.ly and create a free account. Then paste your affiliate link for your landing page link and it will spit out a much shorter url that start with http://bit.ly/

The suggestions given by Digger12 and rodkrug are great suggestions. This will be the way I think you should go with this smoothca!
do you have a email ?I would create one, I like gmail , then later you can change it I believe...type in 'email" in the search back and take a look at some of the training and blogs... hope this helps.
