Stuck
I seem to be stuck in this spot where I receive little to no traffic and no sales. I feel as if I am working hard. Maybe I am not working smart.
I will just keep pluging along doing what I know to do and just maybe things will improve.

Apparently, Google and other watchers-of-your-site require new activity to keep you in the game. So, new content, new edits, new graphics on old posts, something to keep the electronic juices flowing. Best wishes for your success!
If something isn't working, you can't keep doing what you are doing. You need to change it. Experiment. Add new content.

I have had less time to work on my sites in the last few weeks and am noticing the same trend. I really believe things have to be changing (new content or presentation) all the time to establish a loyal audience. You might consider establishing a set pattern for adding new content (every day, every week ....etc) and see if your audience responds to and anticipates the changes.
I am believing more and more that there is no such thing as a part-time affiliate marketer. It takes a full-time effort (hours) to keep a website vital and growing.
I am assuming that you are using or considering the use of social media and email marketing.
I believe growing a website does take patience and perseverance but do not always buy the advice to just 'keep doing what you are doing.' It all depends what you are doing.
I remember now giving feedback on your site previously. It looks like you added more images, which is great.
I agree with our training that white space is important for readability but it appears you may still have too much. Images could be larger with text wrapping.
I am not an expert (don't even qualify as a novice) for your niche, but still it seems like you need more vibrant colors in your website design. I wonder if changing themes would help??
It seems like your site if a 'how-to' site, so thinking it might be nice to use lists and steps in your instruction --accompanied
by photos for each step.
Also wondering if more obvious large and glossy advertising should be used. It would seem that those drawn to your niche would actually expect it.

Even the very best. in any business or sport, goes through a slump. You never know how long it will last, but just know it's going to to end. Maybe you have to tweak something, but keep working on it.
