General consensus is your sidebar. It has been known in instances to go in the footer area also!
would be best to put it in a widget for your sidebar in my opinion, but there are some more places you can put it I guess.
For the sidebar you need the TEXT widget that you place in the Sidebar position.
For other locations you probably have to go into the code of the blogroll or something like that. Some themes have a position for "After Post".

Check the titles and the slugs under the title. The slug being the actual name of the article that is indexed by the search engines.
If all else fails... remove the page completely and re-add it back in... then pray.. Nah..
