I was index into google and i didn't even expect it without any kind of key words, how was that poss

Indexing is different for every website. It can take anywhere from 4 days to 4 weeks. The last site I put up took 3 days to get indexed. Congrat and have a champaign on me tonight.

Just to clarify were talking indexed or ranked. Indexing just means that your site has been visited by Google so they know you exist and it is a requirement for getting ranked. You can get this started by putting Google analytics on your site which will tell Google that your site is there. Since you asked for index, I'm going to assume that this is what you want.
If you're talking about ranking, then as Stan has said their are many factors. However, the training will get you a good start on those.

am building an ecommerce store online but i am drop shipping from various suppliers online, am i allowed to cut and paste descriptions and products from my suppliers websites?
I would think it would be ok but like aussieunguru said I would check with the suppliers first.

wealthy affiliate has so much competition should we be concern about them?
I haven't been at this for long but from what I've seen in the short amount of time is that the competition has some catching up to do.This is hands down the best program I've found.
Competition just means there's money being made, promoting WA is something anyone can do. Think small slice of a big pie and the ore you stick at it, the bigger your slice will become. The key is to differentiate yourself and offer your audience better value than the next person within your niche. There really are tons of niche ideas within the broad "make money online" space. Go through the Bootcamp training and you'll see what I mean.
Competition is good as long as you stay ahead of them. As long as you have a solid product that works and is trusted there are no worries.
Competition motivates innovation; better customer service,and keeps your S.W.OT. analysis a work in motion with comparisons to your competition.
It also combats complacency and sparks education.

There are not that many that provide the service and training that Wealthy Affiliate (WA) provides.
If you mean it as a keyword, you can try different keywords and make longer it to get less competition.
