Where do I find or put the description on my post?

This is what I'm getting at the bottom of my post from All in One SEO pack plugin.
Description
0 characters. Most search engines use a maximum of 160
You can type a description of your article there.
If you do, make sure to include your keyword.
That description will appear in the Google search under the post title.
The description should captivate the reader and want him to click on and read your article.

I've created a link but I can't differentiate from normal writing until I run the mouse over it. How do I set it so it looks like a link?
Highlight it, and then change the color on it.
In some themes links will automaticly get a different color than the rest of the text, but you should be able to change it yourself.
