The last time I had a question with billing I just private messaged Kyle & Carson and got the answer right away.
Thanks. Hope thing are going o.k.in Australia. I here they are really restricting you guys.
Yeah going well mate as I am in Western Australia and we have the freedom to roam as we please within our large state, but yeah the rest of OZ is definitely hurting a little.
I love Australia. Wanted to move there when I was younger. Will keep you guys in my hopes and prayers. Here's to lasting freedom for us all.

I should know this stuff but I have been recovering from illness for a few months. Feels like starting over.
It takes time, but you will remember it all little by little! I'm glad to hear that you are feeling a little better!
You can try to click on your profile picture > Account Setting > Membership. You'll see when the next billing is with the amount of payment as well.
I see you joined in 2018.
If monthly it is $49 or $495 yearly. If you paid a different price, whatever price that is will remain same i.e. grandfathered.

Domains I purchased / transferred not showing up. notorioussinners.com and notorioussinner.com. What happened?
Hi - you need to click on the Help Center to reach Site Support. I notice the first of those 2 domains is currently up for sale for just under $4000. If you have previously owned that one, did you pay the yearly renewal fee when it was due?
Transferred from godaddy but they were securely transferred to WA. WA had these domains. Now they are not showing up in my account. How to I reach tech instead of community?
Thanks guys. Look like godaddy got them back somehow. I hate godaddy. I will never use them again.
I can see you got covered by Diane and C&P, I was gonna say you should ask the site support clicking on the Help Center.
