Other members great progress motivates me to do better. You are a fast learner. Congratulations for working from home.
Taking a break, getting some fresh air, and then realizing how much more I need to learn!
Learning is an amazing process, and what I love about learning that it's not limited by age.
Thanks for sharing your opinion
Good afternoon.
My family and everything we do motivates me. I think of a few trips we want to take, I think of us wanting a newer trailer and just old making life a bit easier.
I want to spend more time with my family and thats enouh motivation on its own.
Yes family is number one and it motivates me a lot, and trips! I adore trips, and they are a great motivation too!
I usually take some quiet meditation time. Visualize the dream to remember what I'm striving for. A sincere desire to achieve your dream will motivate you into action.
On the flip side, there's the fear of continuing in my current profession for the next 20 years.
Enjoy the journey, Rawan!

I love the meditation part, it's very powerful to achieve your dreams, I believe in the power of visualization.

I know this might sound crazy, but I wake up every day and can't wait to get to work, I decided many years ago that I would never do anything in my life that I didn't love to do, and have walked away from two jobs in my life that paid me in excess of 250K and never looked back. After all, money cannot buy happiness, only the material things that we believed would make us happy only to find out that once we had those things we still felt empty.
I really respect you for leaving high paying jobs just because you're not enjoying what you were doing, If I was in your place, I would stick to them, I know money is not everything but it facilitates millions of things.
Thanks for your opinion
But in life, we close one door to open another, Yes or yes? The money, of course, is important, but at what price? Both times I landed on my feet. One of my friends was at the house one day that I came home and told my wife I had just quit my 250K job and when she said you can't quit that job you make over 250K (she, of course, was the second person to tell me that in less than an hour - the first being my former boss) and my friend looked at me and said, "you make a quarter million dollars a year?" to which I had to reply "well I used to". He then asked me what I was going to do? So I told him I was coming to work for him, and I did and helped him build his business to a level he never thought was possible and learned all about the construction business in the process. He was happy, I was happy, and my family was happy, it was a win win win for me.
If that the case and the happiness for you and your family was the result, then that job was worth leaving.
I wish you all the best in the path you've chosen, and always choose to do what you enjoy the most so you can move forward with it :)
