Do we just go ahead and click the share button, or do we need to seek permission before sharing content other's have?

Say I want to put a meme I saw on a friend's page o

There wouldn't be a share button there if you weren't allowed to use it :)

U can go share the sh$t outta my stuff too, lol...

I'd return the favour!

If you click on "share" there's no infringement, you're simply sharing what someone has publicly shared.

Heck feel free to share all my stuff you want lol...

Now if you mean using my stuff on your own website, or other forms of promotion without proper attribution and or permission, then you will run into problems.
Hope this helped

Okay, that makes perfect sense to me.
Thank you so much, I really appreciate the clarification.
I tend to worry about plagiarizing.

Seems like it to me lol, though we are suppose to share socially, wonder if anyone has received penalties while sharing.

"Sharing" is not plagiarizing, two different camps :)

Sounds like a catch "22". Yea, I don't know but it's social media. ..

I've used Jaaxy and WA's keyword tool, and they show low QSRs for my keywords and have low numbers for exact searches, but when entered manually with quotes the competition is

Tricky one... I've noticed this too. I imagine one is just more up-to-date than the other in terms of giving accurate info, i.e. perhaps Jaaxy detects where your pages "should be" faster than Google is able to make the adjustments (if you've updated your work for example) and rank you accordingly. I'm sure there's an answer, that's just my theory... :)

This might help to clarify the issue for you:

Thank you so much, exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for taking the time to find this, clarified everything for me.

That's my pleasure, just glad it was of some help. This guy's training and blogs are really good, he knows his stuff. Cheers.
