Chapter 1: Becoming an Affiliate Marketer
Becoming an affiliate marketer is said to be the easiest and most cost-effective route to online success. By not having to be a creator of any type of product being sold, along with the tasks that come with that business model, you’re able to fast track your Internet earnings.
But even the easiest options sometimes have many intricate details you need to know. Glossing over it from a broad-view perspective is nice (and motivating), but unless you know what all really goes into being an affiliate, you’ll be baffled at why others are raking it in and you seem to be struggling.
Affiliate marketers aren’t just out there writing reviews based on the specifications of products. Consumers can read for themselves. What they need you to do is research their problems, discover the best solutions, and tell them all about it.
They want you differentiating between similar items, giving an honest account of which one you’d choose and why. They want you to look out for them when it comes to quality and price – and warn them against making poor choices in how they spend their money.
Some of your tasks are administrative and creative, but others are strategic – designed to help you dominate over competing affiliates who are also vying for commissions.
