HI Guys and Gals
Today was the unveiling of a new step from WA and I used this new addition and had a great result and I will explain step by step OK as I know it will help many members -
The first thing is go to your dashboard and open your site manager tab - see below
Next click on the site manager and open and this will appear - see below
Next click on Details (bottom right) and this will appear - see below
Then scroll all the way down to Page Speed Insights - see below
And there we are the new feature which is really great to see and you can now see the page title and the desktop speed and mobile speed of this page as seen by Google!
Next you must scroll the page speed invites until you see one that has an error as I have a few - see below
As You can see I have a Yello and a Red with speeds of 77 and 61 in the Cables line and this is not good at all!
The next step is to click on the "G" (right had side) and it opens the page in Google so you can see exactly what is wrong.
In this case it was basically Images and optimisation - I re-optimised all my images and then actually resized images on this post and checked again - see below
And as you can see all green 97 and 96
So now I will go through and correct the remaining posts that are not so good
This is a great addition to the WA site speed tool and so easy and quick to use

I wasn't aware that this was a new feature. I must have missed an email or something because I went into this feature quite by accident and just thought it was there all the time and that I just hadn't seen it.

Wow! That is great Paul! Good thing to learn early as a beginner (at least i know where i can have that soon). Really thankful Paul!
Uh, now I'm stuck! Most of mine are in the 70s/80s. How do you optimize images and banners? I haven't got a clue! I don't have to remove them all do I? Also, I have a plug-in thats supposed to optimize them all and it's switched on so why isn't that working?
Sorry, I don't expect you to answer all my questions haha

Was smiling when i checked mine :).
As it says all is good. For both mobile and desktop app.
But i am sure I am still in need of putting up notes on my pages...Soon!!!
