Hey guys,
Is anybody having problems with Jaxxy or is it just me?
When I add a search term all I get is a load of HTML data.

Jaaxy is running okay on my end.
You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh it, and try again. Try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.

I have been testing Invideo and was suitably surprised at what it can produce.
The downside...
The number of minutes you get per month for the paid memberships.
Hi Mick,
I understand your frustration with InVideo’s limitations on video minutes. If you’re looking for alternatives that might offer more flexibility or better value, here are a few options you could consider:
1. Adobe Premiere Rush:
- Features: A powerful yet user-friendly video editing tool
that’s great for both beginners and more experienced users.
It offers a good range of features and cloud sync across
devices.
- Pricing: There is a free plan with limited features, and paid
plans offer more extensive options.
2. Filmora:
- Features: Known for its intuitive interface and robust editing
tools. Filmora offers a wide range of effects, transitions, and
audio editing options.
- Pricing: Offers a free version with watermark and a
reasonably priced subscription model.
3. Canva Video Editor:
- Features: Canva is great for quick video edits and social
media content. It’s easy to use and integrates well with other
Canva design tools.
- Pricing: There’s a free version with basic features and a Pro
version with more advanced tools.
4. Lumen5:
- Features: A video creation platform that’s especially good
for turning blog posts into engaging videos. It’s designed for
quick and easy video production.
- Pricing: Offers a free plan with basic features and paid plans
for more advanced needs.
5. Clipchamp:
- Features: A browser-based video editor that provides a
range of editing tools, templates, and export options.
- Pricing: There’s a free version with essential features and
various paid plans for additional functionalities.
6. Kapwing:
- Features: An online video editor that’s easy to use and
provides a range of editing tools and templates.
- Pricing: Free version available with limitations, and paid
plans offer additional features.
Each of these platforms has its own strengths and pricing models, so it might be worth exploring a few to see which best fits your needs. Many offer free trials or versions, so you can test them out before committing.
I hope you find an alternative that works better for you! Let me know if you need more details or have other questions.
Best,
Arisara
Hi Arisara,
Thank you for your input.
I am currently wading through a large list and the one I seem to be going back to is Invideo.
Cheers
Mick
Mick, Abie’s list is good except she's missing one that I like to use is this one VideoGen dot io. I’ve used it for 16 a month until I struggled with making the technology work with voiceovers and captioning off sync. Its not perfect for a Deaf person like myself to use. VideoGen seems to to the better ones for me.
Thanks Abie,
I believe Filmora is only $49 for the year. Canva, I don't think they give you enough time so I guess alright for shorts.
As anybody had experience with Filmora?

Anybody know how to clear the Google cache so that when I make changes to a URL that it looks at the correct URL and not an old one?
I am not talking about Chrome.
I don't know about Google, but You may need to empty the browser cache, refresh, and try again. You can also try the URL in a different browser or mobile device.
You can also empty the server's cache.
Websites > Site Manager > Details > Sitespeed > Empty site cache
https://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
==
The search engines may need a while before old content gets cleared off.
Its not the browser Abbie.
The problem I have is in GSC.
I'm looking at 404 errors and made all the changes to the posts and then get GSC and start new validation and the same URLS come back into GSC.
Hey Mick,
To add to what Eric suggested to you...
If you have a redirected URL from the old to the new URL on your website already that will fix Google's use of the correct URL over time.
This is why Google will punish any site who simply changes a URL without providing a redirect link ... and THIS only applies to content that has already been indexed by Google.
Reason for this is that Google does not want to provide broken links to their users.
Hope you find this helpful.
When you're making changes to your website the easiest way is to just clear the website's cache. You can do this from your Site Manager by going to the website, clicking on details, then clicking on clear cache. Then when you go back to the website you can refresh the page and you'll see your changes.

I have many pages that are excluded by the no index tag and you can get to those in Google Console on pages.
In fact I have several hundred.
I know that many of t
URLs with post names need to be indexed (actual posts)
Others with feed, tag, category, author, page #, etc... Not. Excluded by ‘noindex’ tag ?
yes, I know this Abbie.
The problem I am seeing as I mentioned at the start of the thread is that when I inspect the URL it says that the URL t isn't on Google but when I go to the index portion next to the user canonical and click on the exact same URL and inspect it, it says that the URL is on Google and indexed.
It's either one or the other!
I mean, how are you supposed to correct issues when Google can't even report the information correctly in the first place.
Mick
Hey Mick,
What I do now when I see a list like you've been given... I go to Google and in the search textbox I type in the following:
site:[domain-name-only]
So... that is the word site, then a colon, and then only your domain name... and NOT the 'https:\\'
Scroll through how ever many pages appear in your SERP for this and see for yourself, if the post in question is indexed by Google or not.
That's the only way you will be certain.
Hope you find this helpful.
Which makes doing this even more important... and quicker in determining if those posts have been indexed... or not.
Hi Mick. You could go through the list, identify which you want to change the noindex tab for then update those articles. There is an easy way to create a spreadsheet from the GSC data. Which SEO tool are you using?
;-)
Richard
Another point Richard.
When I see those in the list and check then in Wordpress they are set to index so I don't know how or where they are getting set to no index.
Mick
Ah-ha
I use RankMath too.
If you have WordPress and RankMath set up correctly, then perhaps there’s a glitch with GSC.
For example I often notice GSC listing URLs as crawled not indexed when the URL is actually indexed.
;-)
