A customer who signed up an account and bought something from my website is showing up in my admin login panel here at WA! It has freaked me out a little as I'm not sure if it
To Triblu I have watched all of the set up videos of teddy bear for woocommerce and I don't have jetpack. My website works just fine. I have no prob like that but I use the storefront theme.

So, site support said not to worry about it. They say he can't access anything so it's not a problem.
Still seems strange though that all future customers will be listed on my WA website login page!
Thanks everyone for all your help, much appreciated :)
Yes it is weird! A different browser doesn't make any difference either... I'm at a loss as to what to do and it's a little scary cos it means that anyone who signs up as a customer to my website could potentially access the back end of the site if they where able to get into my WA account! I know it isn't likely but it's still possible.
When I get more customers I'm worried that they will all show up in my 'website login panel' here at WA!
Have you checked the plugin settings for whatever you're using to allow people to sign up as customers?
Yes, i'm using woo commerce, I've checked setting everywhere but it all seems fine. As I say I expect the website to show me customer accounts but I don't expect WA to give them all a login each to my website from here if that makes sense? It's difficult to explain. Thanks for your help, much appreciated. I have now submitted a support ticket so will let you know what they say.
If you are using Woocommerce than you must have your website hosted elsewhere. However, if it IS hosted on WA, then I recommend that you contact SiteSupport and let them know of this issue. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
It's hosted here at WA. Thanks, site support say it's not a problem. Still think it's strange though.
That is weird because I was under the impression that Woocommerce would not work on sites hosted with WA because it needs JetPack to function properly. Hmmm....
Have you looked through Chris Scott's tutorials on Woocommerce yet... they may shed some light on this issue for you. Online Store With WooCommerce Pt.1 Online Store With Woocommerce Pt.2 Online Store With Woocommerce Pt.3 Online Store With Woocommerce Pt.4 Online WooCommerce Store Pt.5
Hi, yes I use woo commerce but have deactivated jetpack, it doesn't seem neccessary as my test order all went through fine without it.
Thanks for the links, I'll go take a look :)
If you log into your web site and go to settings > general what setting is set for new user default role?
Hi, it's set as 'subscriber'. When I go to 'all users' it says he's a 'customer' so that seems fine, it's just when I go to login from here on the 'websites' tab it shows him there in the 'admin login panel', it has me then him as if he also runs the website, which he doesn't. I'm confused. Thanks for your help.
Try a different browser...it almost sounds like your browser is just showing possible logins that have been used in it. I assume he did his test from the same computer and browser. I’m willing to bet if you use a different browser it won’t show that. Try Google Chrome or Firefox, etc. I think it just might be cached credentials.

Should a customer show in my admin login panel?

I think it works this way:
If your husband used the same computer as you use, then his details will show on the login page cache. This is normal.
Customers who login from other computers will see their own details on their computers but you should not see those listed on the login page on your computer. ~Jude

I went premium on the 9th August 2017 but I haven't got my six month badge! Did this happen to anyone else? Not that it really matters of course but I would have liked it just
It's just the color of it, really not the best thought out plan on the coloring of it. You should have gotten an email as well as a chance to post it.
I got mine a day early as I remember you and I were exactly one month apart. That all aside CONGRATULATIONS JULIANA FOR MAKING IT SIX MONTHS @ THE WA!! I can't wait to hear your 12 months success story. Keep up the great work love.
-Jair.
Yeah I see it. It is grey with white writing. I guess it was a bad color choice. Congratulations on dedicating yourself to your dream. 6 months is just the beginning of your entrepreneur journey. Have a great day. Dave
I thought the same thing and Kyle told me it takes a while after the actual date to get the notification for it :)
Oh I thought that was just showing where it's supposed to go? Well anyway, I'm not happy!!!
hahaha : )
It's only a tiny recognition, the nicely colored ones comes at 1 year! Half-year birtdays don't really count. :-) LOL!
Sorry to say they stay the same color forever. Mine says 3 years and it's pale grey like everyone else's. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/marionblack
I see it on your profile!!! I have one too but I can barley make it out. Yours is way more visible, so I'd say it has been awarded.
:)
