PP is “BARD to the Bone” | Allow Me to Blow Your AI Mind
No, No, No, Not THAT PP
But rather THIS PP
This is going to be an “interactive” blog post, so you simply copy and paste what I give you below in order to produce your own article.
And for all you who thought that I was anti-AI..
Tut-Tut.
I am NOT.
I am anti “copying and pasting directly from AI when you’ve simply asked it to write you an article, and it’s the most clickbaity thing on the internet that provides NO ACTIONABLE ADVICE, Full of Fluff (NOT Old Fluff), uses words that YOU would never use, and sounds like the most AWFUL sales pitch you’ve ever read in the world”.
A quick wake up call…
Sure, Google has said that “helpful content is helpful content”, therefore the AUTHOR of that content doesn’t really matter, so use of AI is FINE.
BUT
Come On!!!
Have you read some of the blog posts out there lately?
If I asked you to explain any of it, could you?
Plus, there is NO ACTIONABLE ADVICE.
AND the use of clickbait language throughout your articles will TURN YOUR READER’S AWAY.
Readers leaving your articles within seconds = UNHELPFUL CONTENT
So, if you use AI as I’ve seen it used by MANY
YOU WILL get “punished” by Google.
Enjoy your next 3 months of “clickbait, non-advice articles”, you’re gonna get “hit” in early 2024.
So, rather than me berating you, why don’t I SHOW YOU WHAT TO DO.
Here Goes:
YOU'RE Going to Write an Article
Okay, for this I am going to use Google Bard.
More up-to-date than ChatGPT, and as I’ve always said, “If you want to rank in Google then USE GOOGLE”.
Plus, I will include a few screenshots of how I’ve used Bard to write an article.
(Please don’t steal my keyword!!! Hahahahaha!!!)
All prompts that you COPY & PASTE will be in BOLD.
So, go open up Google Bard
Go and grab a keyword.
What?
You want me to show you how to get a decent keyword?
NO!!
Do you not think I’ve done enough of that over the years?
Go read my previous blog posts and learn how I do keyword research.
Right. Got your keyword?
TAKE NOTE: I knew there was one more thing I needed to add to the "housekeeping rules" at the bottom, but forget at the initial time of writing, so thank you Jovo for spotting this.
Google Bard will provide images within some of the text it provides.
DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, use these images in your finished article.
The articles are sourced from websites ranking in Google, therefore they WILL BE subject to copyright.
As an example, in my screenshots below for the article I was writing there were images sourced from Men's Health, Bodybuilding .com, and T-Nation.
I immediately deleted these images from my text, please DO THE SAME.
These are NOT your images, they are someone else's, you CANNOT use them in your article.
(Thank You SO MUCH once again Jovo for spotting this and letting me know)
Here’s your first prompt
Using the keyword {KEYWORD}, create an outline for an article using the following criteria. Include a title tag and meta description that entices the reader on the search engine to click, use ellipses in the meta description, along with ensuring the main keyword is included. In the article ensure it semantically covers all aspects of the targeted keyword, along with any people also ask queries from the google search. You will also include any related LSI keywords and specific entities related to your topic. You should look to create an in-depth article that not only covers the topic but adds immense value to not only the reader, but also the search engines.
Okay, this prompt is created with ALL of you in mind.
I guess if you know me, I’m not much of a fan of “keywords” anymore, but rather “topics” to write about.
Furthermore, I don’t use SEO plugins.
And the use of metas and LSI’s is not something that I care much about.
(Remember, the main “Helpful Content” guideline? STOP writing for search engines, START writing for people)
BUT
I know most of you love a bit of “prehistoric SEO” (LOL!!), so you can ALL use these prompts and change them around as you wish.
So, this first prompt, you simply need to remove the {KEYWORD} and replace it with your “keyword” or “topic”.
What we are asking for here is a meta title and meta description for your SEO plugin (SEE, I am thinking of ALL of you).
Then, we want an outline for the article.
Then we want Bard to extract a few People Also Ask Questions that would be listed in the search results for your chosen keyword.
This will be used to create an FAQ section for your article.
Finally, we are asking for a list of LSI (latent semantic indexing) keywords to be added at the end.
These are “keywords” that are closely related to the topic at hand and you may expect to see in an article on this topic.
So, as an example, if your keyword is “Affiliate Marketing Tips” (please don’t EVER target that as a keyword), you would expect the article to include words like, “make money online”, “affiliate network”, “wordpress”, “hosting”, “PPC”, “Organic Search”, “traffic”, etc.
As I say, these words will be listed after the article outline, so you can ask BARD to add them in afterwards (and YES, I will show you how to do that).
NEXT
Can you create a more in-depth outline
Why?
Never trust a first draft, all AI can do better if prompted to do so.
Are you actually doing this?
Are you following along in Google Bard?
If not, why not?
I told you at the beginning, this is an INTERACTIVE blog post, go and do this.
NEXT
We take ONE SECTION at a time and ask BARD to “write” that section for you.
So, the initial prompt is:
Can you write an amazing attention-grabbing introduction using an emotion-based hook to grab readers in, ensuring you cover all points outlined in the outline of the introduction.
WAIT
Now, if you leave this prompt as is, which of course you can do, your choice, you will simply get the type of article we are seeing from pure copy and paste GPT/AI.
Can someone give me a
“Unleashing, Unlocking, Unearthing, Unveiling, Mastering, Cracking, Crafting, Creating, Embracing, Delving…”
NO, None of this please.
So, at the end of the above introduction prompt we are going to ask Bard to not be “clickbaity”
The best way to do this is to simply provide a link to one of your articles on your website.
So, here’s the FULL prompt
Can you write an amazing attention-grabbing introduction using an emotion-based hook to grab readers in, ensuring you cover all points outlined in the outline of the introduction. However, I don't wish any of the article to sound like clickbait, so here is a link to an article I have written on a relevant subject https://yourwebsitename.com/your-chosen-article
OBVIOUSLY replace the url with one of YOUR article urls
OR
Do you wanna cheat?
You are not “stealing” someone else’s content, but rather asking BARD to write in a particular style.
So, I see nothing wrong (an ex-Blackhatter would say this, Hahahaha) with taking a url from someone else’s website that you admire, or think their content is great, or even, from a website that ranks on page one for ALL your keywords.
DO NOT use an article that targets the same keyword you are currently using in BARD.
You DON’T want to steal their content, you DO want to “legally steal” their WRITING STYLE.
BUT
If you have a fairly well-established website you clearly have YOUR OWN writing style already, so if you're ranking well for a few keywords, just use one of your OWN urls.
So, the above prompt is asking Bard to write an enticing introduction around your keyword, but NOT to make it sound like you swallowed a 1970s copywriting book, but rather in the style of YOU (or your stolen style, LOL)
Now, with Bard, when you take it ONE SECTION at a time, you’ll often get the words “introduction”, “heading”, “body”, “conclusion” with EACH subsection that you're writing.
It’s almost as though each section of your ENTIRE article is treated as a mini-article in its own right.
DON’T BE LAZY!!
Those words are there for YOU, not YOUR AUDIENCE.
How many AI-WRITTEN WA blog posts have you seen where these words are STILL in the content.
To me, SORRY, that’s pure laziness (and these are the types of articles THAT WILL get impacted by Google Updates).
AI always requires some HUMAN EDITING afterwards, even if it is just to remove these words as above.
NEXT
We have our introduction, we are now go to take ONE SECTION AT A TIME, here’s the prompt
Okay, next look at body section 1. Let’s create this with the intention to really educate the reader on each of the points mentioned. Ensure that the section has an opening paragraph, and each point has at least two paragraphs associated with it. Once more. please write in a similar style to me, as evidenced in this article https://yourwebsitename.com/your-chosen-article
Once again, replace the url with YOUR CHOSEN url
So, Bard will write the FIRST section for you, BUT AGAIN, in YOUR CHOSEN STYLE (not clickbaity rubbish - “Unleashing, Unlocking, Unearthing, Unveiling, Mastering, Cracking, Crafting, Creating, Embracing, Delving…”)
NEXT
You are going to use the EXACT SAME PROMPT AS ABOVE but change it to “section 2”
Here you go:
Okay, next look at body section 2.
You can see the above prompt now has “body section 2” instead of “body section 1).
You will use this EXACT same prompt with EACH SECTION of your article, but simply change the “body section” number each time.
You will do this all the way through the main article AND the FAQ (People Also Ask) section of the article.
So, for most of you, you’ll be using the exact same prompt but changing that first section to
1
2
3
4
5
6
Up to how many Headings there are in your article outline.
RIGHT!!! STOP!!
I can see you squinting your eyes, looking all confused, and totally lost.
Do you know why?
Because you didn’t listen to my initial instructions.
This is an INTERACTIVE BLOG POST.
Don’t JUST read it, that will leave you confused.
Go and do this section by section in Google Bard NOW!!
NEXT
Here’s your next prompt
Finally let’s create our closing paragraph ensuring that you wrap everything up, mentioning key points from each section, really selling the benefits of each part. Encourage the reader to to take action on what has been discussed and offer a final bit of advice related to the topic. Once more. please write in a similar style to me, as evidenced in this article https://yourwebsitename.com/your-chosen-article
ARTICLE FINISHED
NEXT
Okay, this is exactly how I would write one of my articles.
I would simply take out all the Bard included words for ME, i.e. “introduction”, “heading”, “body”, “conclusion”
BUT
For those of you who prefer more “SEO’d articles”, you should add the following prompt to EVERY SECTION
Can you include relevant LSI keywords naturally from the list provided.
Therefore, your prompt will look something like this FOR EVERY SECTION, including the introduction and conclusion:
Okay, next look at body section 1. Let’s create this with the intention to really educate the reader on each of the points mentioned. Ensure that the section has an opening paragraph, and each point has at least two paragraphs associated with it. Can you include relevant LSI keywords naturally from the list provided. Once more. please write in a similar style to me, as evidenced in this article https://yourwebsitename.com/your-chosen-article
And you would do that with every single prompt for every single section.
Okay, there’s a couple of “housekeeping rules” here before you publish, and this is also why ALL AI content requires HUMAN EDITING.
Even though I’ve asked Bard to “write like me”, they still manage to throw a few “AI-related” phrases in there, basically the type of AI-written article is one that doesn’t look like it has been written by AI.
Sounds weird, but hopefully you get what I mean.
One of the most obvious ones is (or perhaps this is just me)
“In this article”
So, a sentence may look something like this:
“In this article, we will discuss the ins-and-outs of keyword research…”
I would simply change that to
“I will discuss the ins-and-outs of keyword research”
Just sounds much more natural to me.
There are a few others, but hey, you can’t expect me to do all the work, go and read your finished article, and YOU work out what sounds a “bit AI”, and could be made to sound more natural.
Remember, the whole point of these prompts is to make Bard write in YOUR STYLE.
Finally, are you still very confused?
Do you know why?
Hahahahahahahahahahaha!!
Cos, you STILL didn’t listen to me!!!
You DID NOT open Bard, you DID NOT paste the prompts in with YOUR chosen keyword and YOUR chosen url.
That’s why you’re confused, YOU DIDN’T FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTIONS.
I’ll tell you what, here’s a keyword
Why Do Cats Eat Grass
And yes, this is a legitimate Google Autosuggest/Autocomplete keyword.
Go and open Google Bard, paste the above keyword into your first prompt, and then follow the rest of this blog post.
How’s your article?
Again, I would still “clean it up a bit” and “get rid of AI-sounding words and phrases”, but it should be pretty much “good to go”.
PLUS, you also have an FAQ section included, plus, if you really want to, you also have a sprinkling of LSI keywords.
AND
You have your meta title and meta description written out.
PLUS
You can also ask Bard to provide
Enticing Headings and Subheadings
BUT
Don’t forget to ask Bard to write these in YOUR STYLE (provide your website url).
FINALLY FINALLY (PROMISE)
Now, Google Bard can read most urls, but this depends on the caching abilities of your hosting (KYLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You and your caching abilities!!! Hahahahahahahaha!!! I’ve never had to clear cache so many times in my LIFE!!! Hahahahaha!!)
I have done the above successfully with an EXTERNALLY-HOSTED website of mine.
Will you be able to just provide a url if hosted at WA?
I Don’t Know!!! Hahaha!!
I told ya, don’t make ME do all the work, go and find out for yourself, LOL.
If not, you are going to have to copy and paste the entire article in each time you use a prompt (bit of a pain in the butt, although you could simply “legitimately steal” someone else’s url in your niche and get Bard to write in THEIR style, but, I personally would want everything in MY STYLE).
How’s your cat eating grass article looking?
WHAT???
You still DIDN’T do this for yourself and follow the above instructions?
I Give Up!!!
Hahahahahahahahaha!!
Now, go and get yourself 50-100 keywords and start adding some daily articles to your sites.
Thank You For Reading
Partha
P.s. Old Fluff’s gonna have a fit. I have NOT proofread ANY of this, and YES, this is 100% “Partha-Generated”, so, I may have missed out entire sections, there will be spelling errors galore, and my grammar will leave a lot to be desired. But hey, at least you have some actionable advice to follow (And yes, I know, some of you STILL haven’t tried this for yourself, and simply read this article, and nothing more, *Partha shakes head and headbutts computer screen)

Partha, before you berate me for not following your directions, I will admit, I didn't but, I will. I promise!
I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Hence, what takes some people once, I need to be sharpened several times, one letter at a time.
So, what I have done is copy and paste every letter of your post onto a word doc so I can dissect it one letter at a time as I interactively follow your directions.
I get easily confused with too may tabs open at a time, so I may even print out the word doc.
Okay, that's out of the way.
First I have one question. I re-read your post to see if you answered it already. You didn't.
What is an LSI keyword?
I hope it's something simple.
Lastly, I am an English teacher so, I feel qualified to make the following judgment: In addition to your witty and humorous style, your grammar, punctuation, sentence structure and syntax were, in this article, and everything else I've read from you, impeccable!
Great job.
Thanks for this and all you do.
Bob
PS: This response was 100% written by me.
What is an LSI keyword? I hope it's something simple.
It is and it isn't.
Before I answer this, read this for some context. I wrote it for myself a little earlier this year.
Google Hummingbird & SEO - Google Hummingbird & SEO Google believes that it is smarter than you are. When you type words in the search bar, it is trying to determine what you are looking for versus looking for those stupid keywords that you either misspelled or typed in half-@$$ed. It used to do this by pulling in words related to what you typed.
DEFINITION BY PERPLEXITY
LSI, or Latent Semantic Indexing, keywords are words and phrases that are related to a primary keyword.
They are used to help search engines better understand the context and meaning of a piece of content, and to determine which pages are most relevant to a particular search query.
For example, if the main search word is "apple," some LSI keywords could be "fruit," "nutrition," "orchard," "healthy snacks," "dietary fiber," and "apple varieties"
Now the "Isn't Simple" comment. Google has repeatedly said that they no longer use LSI. If that is the case explain this...
Search Google for my blog "Setting Points". What do you get? My blog isn't anywhere near the top of the list.
How to Set Ignition Point Gap - Glenn Goodspeed is the top post.
LSI is "baked" into the SEO framework so it is no longer called.
Hope this helps
Thanks MrDon1, I remember seeing your post but didn't really understand it then. I have a clearer view now. The bottom line is, it's not something I have control of--I think.
Bob
We old-school people as Partha calls us, still add LSI to the AI prompt. If it helps, great if it doesn't, nothing really lost. As AI will use the LSI versus repeating the same keyword.
Partha your wit and humor in this post are spot on. How many people have "tried" to read this without doing it? I will try anything twice. The first time might have been a fluke.
My first post was on 11/28 using your method as I read along. I used the WA AI to create an outline. Then I went to BING (Sorry not BARD) and asked it for an outline.
BING gave me a decent outline, that I immediately asked for a redo with more details.
BING complied. I then fed it my WA AI Outline. Asked for a comparison, it liked the WA AI outline and added what it thought was an enhancement. So we settled on an outline and off we went with the ParthaB Method.
That post How Affiliate Marketing Can Boost Your Retirement Income is currently #4 on Google. Not bad! Remember this was a read-along created post. But again Was it a fluke? Try it twice...
Yesterday I created my second post using this exact same ParthB Method. Today Niche Blogging Tips for Retirees is #1 on Google. Not believing it I went to a new incognito browser.
Have I ever mentioned that your advice is invaluable?
Thank You Again.
Don
PS I have been following your advice since I started in June.
How to Master Niche Blogging for Retirement - has been #1 for a while
Hi Donald,
Nice work on being #1 in Google for that keyword. I too saddled up and rode along with Partha's instructions and produced a quite substantial article.
Not sure if it has been indexed by Google yet. Must check later.
I copied and pasted into Site Content and then edited the text. I added some images by using Microsoft Copilot and was impressed with the results.
I'm currently working through another article on BARD AI and enjoying the process.
Hope there a more successes for you in the future and many thanks to Partha for his inspiration and technical know-how.
Thanks
Put your Epsom salts away, Partha. You won't have to soak your forehead because of me.
I went through your exercise and am happy to say it worked for me. It is easy to follow and implement, and I am quite pleased to eliminate the "delving enthusiasts"!
My article rawly sits at 3075 words, with no photos and tons of editing to do tonight after I put the chickens to bed.
Thanks for taking the time to do this, Partha.
Oh, BARD did a great job of suggesting what photos to use and where to place them.
Dave
Update: 3094 words, yellow lights across the board from Yoast. Published just now 11/20. Thanks again.
Shouldn't our content most likely be rewarded by people reflecting on our personal experience?
Of course, prompts tailored to get information to build your blog can help; it may be marginalized using other website templates in the absence of your best content as the template, where you can prompt AI to create the post in your style.

Damn, Partha, this was amazing!
And yes, I actually followed along and did as you suggested...
One of the most obvious AI tags is when "**" are used for headings.
The asterisks are format tools for text heading size, color, bold or italic...
Also, any word ending in 'ing' is AI.
When to use ing properly (You will want to save this) :
https://academicguides.waldenu.edu/writingcenter/grammar/verbforms
Again, what a great way to help expand upon writing for content.
Rudy
Rudy, as an ESL English teacher, I can tell you that when to use ing is one of the most confusing things to ESL students to understand and for me to teach. Thanks for academic link.
Bob
You're welcome.
When I was first writing fiction online 20 yrs ago, one of my friends shared that I used a lot of gerands...lol.
That link is helpful to me as it reminded me there are more than one way to use a verb...grin.
Rudy
Most people have no idea what gerund is.
That's how I learned what it was....lol.
Rudy
