in the site health of one of my sites it says there is a loop back error. What is it and how can correct the error?

Wow. I've never heard of that, Bob. Interesting to see what it is.
Please post the answer if you get it :)
Thanks,
Teri
I used to be able to do that at the bottom of the page in the editor but I can't find it anymore there or in the quick edit. Where can I do it now?
if you click on post in the right hand sidebar then there is a link to 'add an excerpt' - i think this has replaced the old meta description...
strange... my seo plugin has an area for meta desription below the post...

How do change the meta description for an article?

I'm new to PPC. I created my first Google Ad nearly a month ago. I've hit every roadblock imaginable. This one stumps me. I don't know where to turn or what to do from here. I'
Hey Robert,
Have you gone through the advertiser verification process and setup your account so that your ads show your name etc?
If you have not done this then you're going to want to verify as that sounds related.
On any advertiser, you can click the 3-dots next to the Google Ad, and a popup like the one attached will show up. It'll show you the advertiser. If you are not verified, then this could cause your traffic to be limited.
Let me know if this helps.
Carson
Thanks for your response Carson. I don't know how I missed this until now. I am verified now. I thought I knew a thing or two about PPC but I've learned that I have a lot to learn.
I'm working with Google and it's a slow, painful process.
One thing, I think might be part of my problems, is that I think my landing pages are too busy and not targeted enough. I've been sending people to articles.
I think I need to simply the pages to more precisely reflect the ads themselves.
I need all the help I can get if you're willing to help.

I have two websites. One is established and up until recently has been used for trying to grow my business via organic traffic. I've recently run my first PPC ad in Google Ads
You can definitely use the same Google Ads account to manage campaigns for both of your websites, but whether that’s the best move depends on a few things, and it’s not always as straightforward as it sounds. Using a single account keeps everything under one roof—easy access, no extra login hassle, and consolidated data for tracking performance. That said, managing two different sites in one account has its own quirks.
For example, Google Ads doesn’t separate "themes" within one account as cleanly as you might want, especially if the sites have distinct audiences or business goals. Ads, keywords, budgets—they all get tangled up under one account history, which can affect Quality Scores and performance metrics. If one site suddenly goes in a different direction or underperforms, the ripple effects can spill over into the other. Plus, reporting can get messy when trying to split data specific to each site’s performance.
Now, if you do decide to go with one account, you can set up separate campaigns or ad groups for each website. This way, you’ll at least have some division of data and budgets between the two. But, if you’re aiming for truly distinct PPC strategies and want clear data segmentation or flexibility to pause one without impacting the other’s Quality Score, setting up a second Google Ads account might actually be worth the added hassle in the long run.
Also, be aware of Google’s policies—having multiple accounts for similar businesses can sometimes trigger Google’s watchful algorithms. So in my opinion for clarity have two accounts
Thanks for the detailed response. I get it. My follow up question is, if I set up a second account, will it offer the same spend $500/get $500 credit offer?
I'm a rookie when it comes to PPC. I want to be as careful with my spending as I can.
I can afford to spend some money and have a budget but I want to get the best bang for my buck, as it were.
My plan is to be conservative but scale as aggresively as needed if and when I find success.
In my past experience with PPC, I got nothing but poor. I don't want to go down that road again. That was several years ago. I've learned a lot since then and my situation is much different today.
If there's one thing I've learned from my past experience is that I don't know as much as I thought and I need to listen to the voice(s) of expertise and experience. I also know I can't listen to too many people at once.
At this point, I'm leaning toward creating a second account.

Two new people subscribed to my email list on Aweber that say pending. What do I need to do or do I need to do anything at all?
An option is to remove the double opt-in if you don't require it. Which would add them to your list without confirmation.
When you see "Pending" in the "Status" column, it means we've sent a confirmation message to that subscriber, but they have yet to click on the link inside.

They may need to accept the invitation first.
Possibly a visitors | reader input here is required.
