Hello everyone
I would like to ask if any of you are having issues when checking the site speed of individual articles. When I check here on the WA platform, I don't get any

What is your website URL?

Thank you Abie. It is already sorted 😊

Fantastic ) You're welcome, Natalia!

have you contacted Kyle or Carson if site support can't help you? It's awful that you need to wait this long for you to be helped :-(

Thank you Lizken. Not yet, but planning to do it today as this is not the only problem I have.

Hello everyone,
I just started to post webstories. Do I need to submit new sitemaps for them or is it automatically added to the sitemap originally put in GSC?
Thank you<

There's no harm in resubmitting sitemaps.

Hey Nat,

If you're using the Rank Math plugin, you can submit your sitemap from inside your website any time you would like it to be re-examined by Google's spiders.

If you do not use Rank Math, then the following Google tutorial and discussion may offer you the help you seek:

https://developers.google.com/search/blog/2005/10/when-your-site-changes

https://support.google.com/webmasters/thread/3217864/where-can-i-resubmit-the-xml-sitemap-in-new-search-console?hl=en

Hope you find this helpful.

Thank you but I dont have Rank Math.
Will check the tutorials🙂

Hi - just as an aside, I tried Google Web Stories about a year ago and got absolutely no traffic or rankings for them.

At that time, they were only visible in the US, Brazil, and India, I don't know if that has changed.

But they were certainly not worth the time and effort for me!

Hello Diane.
Thank you. I know from travel bloggers who are having crazy amount of traffic from webstories. So I decided to try it as well.
Maybe it depends on niche and the time.
Nat

Interesting, I do hope it works for you, perhaps my niche wasn't ideal!

Thank you Diane.
Maybe they were not so popular at that time. I don't know what is your niche but also food recipes are doing well.

Hello guys,
I did a little research about syndicating my articles to Medium. However, I have a question.
If you syndicate your article, do you keep the affiliate disclos

I would not, as they may not rank well vs. writing your take original in your own words, even on medium.

Do you mean you would not syndicate your articles or not include the affiliate links?

I would still change the wording versus posting precisely the same as in repurposing content.

I usually wait till they marinate well in the search engines before turning them into commercial intent.

Thank you for your advice 😉

Most welcome :)

Dear all,

I'm destroyed. I worked on one article, all written with pictures saved on the content creator on WA platform last night. Now I came to check it and publish it

Have you accidentally deleted it or moved it to the ‘bucket’ column ?

No, I'm sure I didn't. The article is there, but only the headlines. All the content with pictures is gone.

I see 15 revisions next to autosave. What will happen when I click on these revisions?

Ah if you click on revisions it will give you the last revised article so you should see the last info that was saved.

I found it there. So shall I click restore?

Great! Yes click on the most recent one

yes I did. I'm on it. But shall I click restore? The other option says back to the current version.

Yes click restore and your latest article will pop up. You can then click ‘save ‘ again to make sure it’s been saved

Uff. Thank you so much, dear. I managed to restore it. I was crying like a baby here, scared all my work is gone.
Thank you and have a good day.

You are most welcome:-) it’s happened to me a few times but Site Content always saves and you can always restore.
Enjoy your day too ☀️

Did you check the unpublished section that is where it is most likely and site support won't help as site content has nothing to do with them? they only work on technical issues for your website

yes, sure I have checked it. The article is there but only the headlines. All the content and pictures are gone.
How they can't help? It is technical. Something happened on the technical side. It couldn't just disappear like this.
Thank you
