Hi Crystal,
I just had the same exact problem last week. I submitted a ticket to support and they determined that the theme I was using was not compatible (I was using theme twenty/ten) . Once the theme was changed it worked perfectly. Hope that helps. Have a great day.
Joe
Test if it's conflict with a plugin or theme.
1) Deactivate the theme and then use one of the standard wordpress themes - eg Twentysixteen.
Try posting a comment
If it works OK, then you know the theme you're using is the problem. If you get the same problem, then it may well be a plugin causing the problem.
2) Now deactivate all the plugins.
Try posting a comment
If it works then you know that the problem is a conflict with a plugin.
Re-activate each plugin one by one and each time you reactivate one try adding a comment. That way, you'll find out which plugin is causing the issue.
If you do all that and still have a problem, contact support as it's not something related to plugins or the theme you're using.
Try clearing your cache, signing out and than back in again. If that doesn't work, try another browser. If still stuck, contact support :)
I was gonna say. I just tried to. I had a similar issue, but yours is different. I suggest submitting a ticket to support on your siterubix like biggsta suggested. Sorry, wish I could help more.
Yep I tried to leave a comment and just as you said! Have you got a cache problem with your site? If so see if emptying your cache solves the problem.
Jim
If you go on siterubix and you go to site support, you can submit a ticket and they will help you with the problem. They are pretty fast in responding. I had the same problem you were having and they help me fix it.

I really love the idea of doing makeup because it is something I love and I want to do it as my niche.
I would say yes....I'm a dude who knows nothing about makeup, other then that it makes girls look pretty. But as bmark mentioned below, look at the niche training.
Just a thought, my older sister does Mary Kay as a side job, maybe go to their website and see what category your interests fall under. If your idea is to create posts on "How to...makeup", then there's other ways to go about it.
Also, it never hurts to look at your competition (aka websites with similar niches), just be sure not to copy their information.
Yes makeup is too broad. I just did a google search "makeup for" and I got:
Makeup for prom
Makeup for brown eyes
makeup for beginners
Makeup for blue eyes ect..
Be more specific and drill down.. Here is some training: Choosing Your Direction - It Starts With a Niche
I have three teenage daughters....(notice I have no hair!!!LOL)
But they are always on the net looking at new make-ups that are of quality and inexpensive.
The reason why I say this, this just may be a good micro-niche. Or even make-up that is great for girl athletes in this age range.
With all the stuff they NEEEEEEED. My wife is constantly taking them to a large beauty store here locally.
So this may give you an idea.
Greg
