It's Assessment Time!
It’s Assessment Time
Hello everyone!
And so, as you know, our group project continues, in this week’s group meeting, we talked aout the fact of time.
Time is not defined by what we do or who we are, but it does define who we become - Michelle Lake
It is already 2 months into our 12 month project.
Oh my, does time fly!
We took the time to do a few things:
- Assess our current state – how are we doing? Are we implementing the things we have been learning? Do we have accountability partners? Are we seeing a difference from our actions so far?
- Our CTA's – are we remembering to put our CTA's (call-to-action) snippets on our content? Are we giving value to our audience so that will be ‘gently nudged’ to follow our footsteps?
- Do we have compelling pop ups or subscriber boxes? We need to rewrite them to make our audience feel the ‘need’ to sign up for our emails, ebooks, or newsletters.
- How are our work ethics? Are sticking to our work schedule on a daily basis? Are we following our schedules? And if not, let’s revisit it and make it workable.
- Content is key but even the greatest content is nothing if it is not seen! Remember to engage with social media because this is one FREE way to build your TRAFFIC!
It is a long-term process that you have to ‘finesse’ along the way.
The KEY to making it MAGIC is being consistent with the daily habits that you will create. Over time, it becomes a part of you, and guess what, before you know, you have carved a little niche on the internet with your ‘name’ on it!
Namaste
Michelle

Have a great weekend and see you around campus!

Thank you for this review of what we are learning, Michelle. When we assess on a regular basis, it gives us a baseline, and then clear information on what is working. In this business, when we do the work we are being taught to do, the month by month assessments are pretty exciting!
Indeed, Annie. A sporadic assessment is a great booster and if not, then a way to do things differently.
Have a great weekend,
M
Oh Michelle, it is so timely that you use the word assessment! Because as we learn to earn we truly need to see what is happening. And we are learning its the consistency that will bring us the results we are looking for. And how amazing will it be when we do reach that stage of authority? Truly exciting. Thanks for a great post, as usual!
Hey there, Ariel. Yes. The more I learn the more I realize that it really is about being consistent. And a periodic assessment also helps to see where you started, where you now are, and where you want to be.
Much success to you, A.

My stats are taking amazing turns upwards because of the focus of this training. The daily habits you wrote about, coupled with the sturdy foundation and training here at WA, will propel each one of us forward in incredible ways. Great post, Michelle.
All the best,
Sue
Indeed, Sue. It is all about the application and the implementation followed by the consistency.
Much success to you on your journey.

Whose group are you in, Michelle? I'm in Kyles' group, but I know that Bo and Dave have groups going too. Pretty awesome that there are people who want to help and challenge us along the way. It shows the growth of Wealthy Affiliate.

Hey there, G. Yes, I love it when all strive together. I am in Bo's group.
Much success on your journey.

I like Bo. I told him I’d join his group if I didn’t make it into Kyle’s. Kyle let me in, so I’m there until next year. They are all challenging us.
Grant
Indeed, they plan to help us get to the next level of success in time and for the long term!
Much success.
