In short, the most important difference between the majority of average WA members and high-achievers is they FOCUS ON THEIR BUSINESS, rather than other time-consuming activities such as surfing around WA!
Why November and early December?
It's self-explanatory. I wrote on my website about how you can prepare for holiday season. In a nutshell, you should focus on Thanksgiving Day (Nov 24 in the US), Black Friday (a day after Thanksgiving Day), Cyber Monday (first Monday after the Thanksgiving), Cyber Monday 2 (second Monday of December) and Free Shipping Day (December 18). Of course, then you have the Christmas season.
All these shopping days fall in the second half of November and December, but you should prepare in time. In other words, focus on publishing NOW to reap results by the end of this year.
What top WA dogs do now?
Now, ask yourself, how many WA posts or trainings from the most successful WA members have you seen over the last month or so?
I guess the answer is very few or none at all. You know what they do now?
They focus their effors. They keep writing and producing high-quality content. They know now's the time to fatten their bank accounts.
The real question I throw at you
Why are you wasting your time reading stuff at WA instead of publishing content on your website? (of course, when I say 'wasting' I don't mean literally, there's a good reason we're here, but you get the point...)
My point is:
Focus on your website, create high-quality content, publish it
and do it as much as you can starting right now!

With the help of a seasoned veteran here, I found out how slow my internet was.....
It was a disaster, we couldn't even keep a Skype conversation upright........first thing today is to upgrade.
Cleaned out my computer this week, no point in working while sitting in a garbage bin........

Last night I watch Jay's wabinar about seasonal promotions, and I am planning to create content on each of my sites for Black Friday deals.
That's the way to go. It's very important to get things ready in time. I'm busy doing regular jobs which frustrates a bit, but I'm gonna get ready too.

Good reminder, but for me it is about conversations, not so much about selling objects.... Our life broadcast series starts tomorrow! But I guess you won't have time, but working on your website. LOL.

I don't know what you have in mind Heidi. Share it. I may find it interesting.
I have in mind - what I am already doing - to create live conversations with people and together we are exploring certain topics. I find it much more interesting and effective than getting out everything only from your own head. Several heads can create more together and see better where to find answers......
Sounds like an interesting plan. Could turn into something pretty big if you ask me.
The only question is how - so many offerings everywhere, and then I find that people often are too shy to show up in person but hide behind pseudonyms. Let alone show their face.
Anyway. I continue doing it and whoever is interested to join is welcome.
