dashboard asking to update theme but its not the right one?
FHagstrom is right. Perhaps you have more than 1 themes. You can delete the one you don’t use. To do that, go to Appearance – Themes. Hover your cursor to the theme you want to delete and click Theme Details. Then, click on the Delete link at the bottom right.
You will get a notice to update every theme you have installed, even those that aren't the active theme.
You can either update them or, If you know you aren't ever going to use them, you can delete them.
They can be deleted by clicking in the center, I think it says something like view demo, then you will see a delete button in the lower right

in the Appearance Then to Menus Nothing is Highlighted?
It's been taken care of all of you wonderful people, Thanks so much, I really appreciate each and every one of you!
This doesn't look like the menus section in appearance. It looks like the pages. If you don't have any pages you may get this. If you are in the menus and have not set one up, it will have Create New Menu at the top.

i have a godaddy acct. is there a video with a step by step process on how to set up the move from siterubix?
You would simply point the DNS at Godaddy to the WA nameservers
To Set up Your Domain Name Servers at GoDaddy, do the following:
1.Log in to your Account Manager.
2.Next to Domains, click Manage.
3.Select the domain name(s) you want to modify.
4.From the Settings menu, select Nameservers (third option)
5.Click Manage
6. Under Setup type, select Custom.
7. Select Add Nameserver
8. Enter the two WA Hosting nameservers:
Primary: NS1.MYWAHOSTING.COM
Secondary: NS2.MYWAHOSTING.COM
9. Click Save
Note; Once your website is up and running with WA you need to go back into your GoDaddy Account and update your Domain Details under DNS Zone File > A (Host)
