It's a digital marketing blitz right now for new year's resolutions and motivation success-type programs at the start of the new year so here is one of my favorite resources FREE for you - it's on youtube, it's something I've been doing on and off since 2010 for all types of goals such as health, happiness, new house, finance, success...and it works!

I always encourage you to research sources otherwise you have to rely on other people's interpretations and snippets which usually don't show the full picture. This is an original resource.

• Why you are where you are regarding your lifestory, finances, relationship, etc.
  
• It will show you how to overcome those ceilings we sometimes don't know we have in place and how to get to the next level
  

- and it won't cost you anything except 5 mintues a night! No upsell here folks!

But as George says, your subconscious mind deals in knowns, it does not like change, and you will resist putting in that 5 minutes and sabotage yourself lol. So give it a go and let me know when you hit your first mental bank goal because I expect you'll notice some significant change in your life when you do ;)

There is an old video and a newer one because they've been doing this successfully for decades, it worked back in the day and it works now so you'll see a young George and an older George Kappas! But I like both videos, so I suggest you also watch the first one - it has some extra introduction and it's a lot of fun. However George has some other videos out there if you get mooching on youtube, his relationships one is excellent, his weightloss one is not good because he follows his wife's suggestions on keto but they are not nutritionists they are hypnotists so stick to the hypnosis advice, that is what he is good at, in fact he's the best at hypnosis and the subconscious mind.

The Value of Taking Courses as a Blogger

This video is a standalone for anyone doing the mental bank. It's as much as a client would recieve were they getting a hypnotherapy session costing big bucks. That said, there is always more to learn about how the subconscious mind works and how things can be tweaked even more. Anyone considering investing in a niche imo should invest in courses in that niche - though we certainly can go a very long way with free resources.
