- reach into their soul to ascertain their deep seated needs
- educate them
- motivate hem
- establish their trust and credibility
- keep repeat business in mind
- ensure they propagate your business to others
- ensure they have a pleasant journey through your site content leading to a well earned yet expedient click through
- ensure such content is well laid out with effective keywords and SEO pathways. let the Google bots help pave the track they must journey
This is your business team in the online world. Singly or separately you are meeting in a boardroom when you consult any or all of them!

I agree Mike that really knowing our target audience is vital. We need to tap into what their needs and preferences are which may not always be what we assume. Research is key.

I'm with you, Mike! I like to spend time with people of opposing opinions...whether I agree with them or not, I still learn a heckuva lot more!
Of course those that agree with me boost my ego...which is a help to retain my confidence and self esteem!
