Be sure of a fix
You've had problems with the street in front of your house You decide to build a replacement. You are tired of the dust in summer, mud and frost damagei in the winter and general run down apperance of an undeveloped track.
As with any original build an/or repair job you have two concerns. There is the cosmetics and property value to be concerned with. Then the functionality in accesssing your property with minimal auto danmage and repair.
You:
- plan the track
- grade the ground to a level
- lay the cement or paving material
- paint as necessary
- seal the patching material to hold the cement or paving composite together
Every thing is budgeted planned and executed. Then A sudden ground upheaval, structural damage from a heavy truck or weather damage that is unforseenl Back to the drawing board!
New plans, materials and design and new budget.
Get it right to begin with. A website is laid out the same way with underlying code!
Be sure of our efforts fellow affiliates!

The foundation has to be put in right, but also what's built on that foundation needs to be built strong and right or beneficial.
Thanks Mike. Do you really have to pay for that in your part of the world? In my part of thr world community footpaths are paid by for by the local government.
Lay a proper foundation!!! I think I have heard that but do I do that.
Tried and true

Good advise Michael, but I agree with Elaine, how do I do that? I try to implement the steps here on WA, but I would have liked a point by point check sheet of what a strong website consists of, or should have.

I've changed my theme 3 times in the last week! Fix and re-fix when the foundation isn't as strong as it should be.
