Are the pages actually 404 errors when you visit them. Your site could have had complications at the exact moment that webmaster tools visited your website and you shouldn't be too concerned if the pages are actually working properly.
I deleted several pages and converted them to posts. Most of the 404s related directly to these delete pages or to attachments (media) that was associated with the pages.

Hi - I should have also said - if you use the WP SEO Yoast or All in One SEO - they will generate sitemaps for you automatically.

These are my settings in FileZilla to get to one of my WA sites:

The host is just your domain here - eg. my site is http://wordswithlove.com - my domain setting is just: wordswithlove.com
I don't have anything in the port box.
Advanced Tab:

Transfer settings:
http://take.ms/O8EWA
Charset:
http://take.ms/iP6w5

If you allow people to become users, they can log in to your site and publish whatever they want. I don't think you want that.
You want people to sign in so they can comment and engage on your site. You can assign users different levels of permissions on your site.

When searching through Commission Junction for products to promote, I keep running across terms that forbid keyword bidding on certain terms related to the product manufacturer. C
This has to do with buying traffic through PPC advertising networks like Google Adwords and Bing Ads.
When you buy traffic like this you're bidding on keywords where you want your ads to appear in the sponsored search results (ads to the top and right side of the screen).
The advertisers usually don't want you to bid on the same keywords they're bidding on or bidding on their trademarked name.
I thought they meant you couldn't use those keywords in your posts, thanks for answering this question
SEO is a totally different game. You can optimize your posts for whatever keyword you like.

I just went to edit a post and I no longer have a Visual tab for editing. In fact, I don't have either tab, it defaults to the text (HTML) editor. Anybody know what I did to make
I cant wait for anothr hour for the "ask a question" feature to load again". All my other site load smooth as silk but not here. Just me? When I edit in on WP the text comes right up but visual rarely does and takes forever to load. Lots of time wasted with this. I click the tab and the page just gives me a “blank” stare Help please?

Thanks for the help guys. I found the switch that turns off visual editing. It is on the Users/Your Profile page. I guess you really have to be a programmer extraordinaire to not need to use the visual editor. I don't know how it got turned off on my profile.
I wish I knew & could help but I am not that experienced with WP. I believe they have a help/support section on the homepage but I am sure someone else here will know how to help. I hope this gets resolved quickly for you.

Thanks for the help. Yes the Visual/Text tabs were gone, but I found the reason. If you go to Users/Your Profile at the top there is a checkbox to disable the visual editor. I'm not sure when I turned it off, but I must have.
